From Mary at the call center to the guys sent to check out the chimney. Nothing but professional and courteous. They took plenty of time to assess the situation and offered to help us out before the next storm that was days away as it was important that the chimney was repaired. The work was excellent and recommended Shamrock to repair your chimney. Was very satisfied with the complex repair they did. My entire family thanks Shamrock- nothing but professionalism from start to finish

The crew went above beyond, showing up after missing the range of time the previous day due to weather conflict; they were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned two chimney flues and made recommendations without crazy pressure for a liner.

It's hard for me to know about the "value for money" without knowing how it is calculated. But I appreciated the friendly, courteous approach from both the office and the technicians themselves.

I recommend no one ever hire Shamrock Chimney of Natick MA ever. 1) the rep rescheduled the assessment visit 3 times 2) the rep quoted me a matching appearance in my shingles (3 of which needed replacing) and a clean look at the base of my chimney which need sealing. He promised no black cement on the street facing sides. 3) they quoted $3900 for an 8 hr job with a crew of 2 4) they showed up late on the scheduled day. Upon arriving, they realized they lacked the matching shingles that needed replacing. They left for the local Home Depot to find the shingles. They returned 30 min later. 5) replaced the damaged shingles with those whose color was different than the rest of the roof 6) after specifically promising to use a clear sealant at the base of the chimney to preserve the clean appearance of the brick, they slathered on a thick black cement on all the chimney that faced the street - the exact opposite of the promised quote. 7) they completed the work in 2.5 hours including the round trip to Home Depot. Obviously less than the 8 hours quoted to provide the care promised. 8) I contacted the customer support staff 3 times and mailed pictures showing the mismatching shingles and the black cement on the chimney. No reply. No remediation. No apology. No customer satisfaction. If you have an opportunity to avoid doing business with Shamrock Chimney, I would take advantage of it. If Angi is looking for a contractor to remove from their list of contractors, I suggest they add Shamrock Chimney to that list.

Kevin V. and Joseph arrived promptly and worked efficiently, professionally. Kevin took time to explain the issues with the old fireplace, cleaned flue, added creosote protectant, and installed replacement for subpar damper to make fireplace up to code. Friendly and very good workers! Prices steep, but that is not a reflection on the work that Kevin or Joseph completed.

They tried to sell the inspection report before seeing my chimney and fireplace. Unbelievable

Customer service is poor, they do not respond. They set up appointments that they do not show up for., and the problem is still not corrected.
