They did not show up and called 2 hours later to say they wanted to re-schedule a visit and at the point I didn't want to work with them.

-Don?t show up when they say -Person answering phones is incredibly rude -Aggressively try to upsell you when they get there -I ended up with a leak that was never there after they did their work and promised to come back 4 different times, no-show every time -Please stay away, I wish I looked at their google reviews. No clue how they are allowed on this site *Also unresolved. Paid north of $2k for what I believe to be a made up problem they saw. No refunds and no fixes since

Mike and Santi arrived exactly when they said they would. Upon inspection they went over exactly what needed to be done and included pictures of our damaged flue liner. We had a mama Racoon and her babies living in there! ð ¬ once they finished their inspection they went over the details and came out later that evening to complete the job. Mike and Santi worked very well together. They were both very professional, respectful and got the job done! I highly recommend Shamrock for any chimney repairs that you might need! When they finished the job they also included pictures. They also cleaned up everything and left our furnace area cleaner than before!

These guys are total crooks and shame on Angie for not looking in to them. They have no insurance and are not even a registered business. Do not let these bozos on your property

Shamrock Chimney did damage to my porch window on March 25,2023 and as of today April 18, 2023 Iâ m still waiting for the company to repair my broken screen. They patched the screen that looks terrible and said they would replace it even asking for the measurements which I gave them on April 3rd. I called today with no response from them. I informed them that now Iâ m filling a complaint against them with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation. I called them this morning about 10 A M it is now 3:30 PM with no response from Shamrock Chimney.

They suck

Came for a $75 cleaning. Said they would have to do $2100 of repairs. I settled for $800 worth. They squeezed a tar substance from a tube around the chimney base and charged $400. A squirrel ran up the pipe they were using for cleaning and jumped on the roof; they tried to charge me $100 for the squirrel running up their pipe. I opened the trap at the base of the chimney and it is still full of soot.

We used Shamrock Chimney in 2021 to reline our chimney and make some chimney repairs and were very pleased with their work. This month we contracted them to repoint, cement, and Drylock our fieldstone walls in our basement. Dean came out to give us an estimate and we hired them for these services. Dean and Jake did an excellent job! They completed the work within 2 days and made sure the job was done right. It's rained several times over the past week and we have a dry basement. Thank you Dean and Jake and highly recommend Shamrock Chimney!
