Richmond Restoration

Richmond Restoration did a wonderful job cleaning out my dryer vent. It is a a bendy, complicated vent and no other company was able to clean it. Because Mike has the hose that blows out the vent it was easy, thorough and very fast. I would definitely use Mike Richmond again, he was kind, courteous and clean.

Richmond Restoration did a great job cleaning our air ducts. We had the Angie's List coupon which was an amazing deal and covered our two floor apartment. A different quote we had was more than double this price. The job was done thoroughly, and we were very pleased with the work!

He is on time and did a great job. Reasonable price. I already recommend him to over 5 families, they all decide to contact Mike and have their air duct clean with him.

We purchased our house and the previous owners didn't have the best "cleanliness" so we hired Michael to come in and do a full clean. He was quick to respond and squeeze us in and we were very happy with his work.

Mike was great, he came in and cleaned my ducts and took care of the dryer vent and dryer while he was here. I will be using him again.

It went very well. He was afraid he wouldn't be able to do the work because I didn't have an electric outlet that had enough volts but he persevered and found a way. I appreciated his persistence and attention to detail. I have noticed a difference in the air quality in my home, especially at night.

The Groupon pricing doesn't include the main lines, it's a bait and switch. Paid total $ 560 for a townhouse 2 - zone air duct cleaning. It probably is the market rate, but it wasn't sold that way in Groupon.

It was a good service. What they advertised was duct cleaning sale but that didn't include the main supply duct which they charged me after they got in my house. A $69 dollar sale turnout to be a $300 at the end

The cost was high. Mike is very professional guy and his team as well. But my initial thought was up to 200.00 but the it went almost 500. Overall it's good company.

THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH - the $59 does not cover the job like the description indicates. the job will cost near $300 and Richmond will make it a point to delay the scheduled date so that it falls outside the 30 day return period. Then this swindler shows up when you can't get a refund any longer and tells you, for the first time, that the offer only covers one kind of vent. It's the most mess-up experience I have ever had with any kind of professional in my adult life.

He did a great job and explained what services he was providing in a clear and conscise manner.

Exceptionally were. Not only were they on time, but actually a little early. The crew was very efficient, polite, organized and professional all around. I would recommend them without reservation.

Bought the Angie's list "groupon" for $59.00 for heating duct cleaning. The groupon did say this included supply and return vents and excluded main duct lines. This would have cost about another $350.00 which we were not told about ahead of time. Mike told us he'd cause more problems if he cleaned only the supply and return ducts and not the main line so he wouldn't do it. We ended up agreeing to have a "sanitation" of the ducts instead of cleaning for the groupon price. Mike and Eric were very nice and professional but I think this was very misleading.

Bought an offer through Angies list. They were prompt and courteous and did a thorough job cleaning out the air ducts (12 vents + air handlers). Charged extra for main ducts. Only negative was that when they moved furniture to access one of the ducts, they broke one of the in-wall HDMI that was connected to the TV on the furniture.

Excellent. Professional and has great manners.
