Brett was very detail oriented and built us a beautiful patio. His price was competitive, he was friendly, and he adjusted well to unexpected challenges with our house/backyard. He and his assistants put in long hours and got the job done quickly. He was timely and communicated well. We couldn't be happier!

I don’t know much about masonry but what I see looks good. He was here and did the work when he said he would and cleaned up after. He is nice.

The work done was amazing! Not only punctual and able to fit us in, but checked in with us before, during, and after completion of the each project. Absolutely superb! We had our chimney redone, a concrete slab for our new shed, and retention work for the base of our garage. We will definately call for other jobs in the future, and highly recommend. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Richards Masonry did as promised from timing to work being done. He put in a concrete walkway and steps to our door. We ran in to hiccup from previous contractor, and his strong knowledge and skill fixed more then we originally talked about . He was great and we will absolutely work with him again for various projects.

We were just privileged to have Brett from Richards Masonry answer our request for making a concrete patio out of a bunch of stones and grass. It was a labor intensive job requiring a lot of skill, too. It was just poured today and we couldnâ t be happier. Looks better than we couldâ ve imagined. He came when he said he would, was pleasant, polite, thoughtful and skilled. What a pleasant surprise these days when someone comes in, gives you an estimate and detailed list of what's needing to be done, and then does exactly what he proposed. On top of that, he's a great guy...friendly, honest, and does great work.

We hired Brett Richards to replace our too small chimney cap with a larger one that would cover all 3 flues not just the largest one. He responded quickly to our call to come and give an estimate. We chose to hire him. He was on time, on price and diligent in his work habits. He was also knowledgeable and personable. We would hire him again for any future work in his areas of expertise.

There are cheaper chimney cleaning services and I have used a few. Some were less than careful and some tried to pressure me into hiring them for service I did not need. Mr. Richards was careful, clear and informative. When I told him my concern he addressed it honestly and told me what to watch for in the future. Worth the price.

Brett is fair, honest, and does great work. He installed two chimney liners on a frigid windy day and had the work completed in less than a day. I am happy to recommend his work and know he will do a great job on my near-future projects.

Quickly returned my initial call. Quoted me a price based on cleaning the flue between the furnace and the chimney. Called on day of appointment with ETA and arrived on time. After trying unsuccessfully to remove the cap at the end of the pipe he wasn't able to do the work at that time. Provided a proposal of what additional work was required to access the flue pipe, and left leaving me time to consider how I'd like to proceed in the future. As the work wasn't able to be done, I was not billed for the call. Due to circumstances this didn't turn out as planned, but Brett's decision to handle it as he did was appreciated (and rare in my experience). Professional, responsive and considerate. Based on my experience I'd recommend him. (*not able to rate work quality)
