REPAIR & MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS

I first contacted this company on 11/23/12 (left a message) requesting service for two appliances (stove and microwave) as well as repair of deck fencing damaged by hurricane winds. The message did not state that the company was closed for the weekend after Thanksgiving. After calling a second time, the owner came to my home to look at the work to be done (the last week of November). He told me he charges $65/hr plus any supplies/parts etc. He said he would have to research how to repair my microwave (wall mounted over stove) and he would get back to me with an estimate for all work to be completed. I did not receive a call or estimate and contacted the company again on 12/14/12. He told me that the microwave would have to be brought in for repair to a shop that could fix it and he would have to research where to take it. I told him to forget about the microwave and explained that I wanted to go forward with the remaining repairs as soon as possible. I also asked for an estimate of remaining work to be completed. He told me he didn't have the estimate and he would call me on 12/17/12 with an estimate and with work to be completed possibly at the end of that same week. I have not heard from him since our last conversation and have not contacted him again.

They are extremely thorough, competent and skilled. They were also extremely pleasant.

as above, they came same day, gave a great estimate, and performed the work quickly and professionally. they offer a serfice contract which we are considering to come 2x/year and handle gutters, air con, etc. Very responsive
