The appraisal was though and detailed. It was delivered when it was promised.

I contacted Jay through Home Advisor to appraise a property and his response and communications were prompt. He was very professional and understanding of our situation. The property is a "unique" piece and Jay was very thorough in his appraisal. Though it took additional work and a little more time to complete the job Jay stuck to his original price and delivered a very complete product. I would hire him again and recommend him to family and friends.

My only "complaint" was the length of time to get the report. I was told it would be a week or so, and it took 3 weeks. However, I was able to communicate with them and they said they just got very busy.

I was very disappointed in the way a value was reached. I viewed all of the properties that were listed as comparable and saw very little in comparison to our property. I do not think that making a comparison to other properties is a fair and just way of valuing a property. Properties should be valued on the merits of that property not a properties sale that may not have features of similair qualities
