Description of Work: 1. Sliding door no longer opened, due to settling of house which pulled the door frame out of alignment. Jim was our carpenter, he fixed the door in two days without us needing to repaint anything. This included carefully removing all the interior molding, some exterior molding, adjusting the door frame, putting everything back together, and cleaning every speck of dust at the end of the day! |2. Replacement of rotting wood trim around sliding doors and windows with Azek trim. Jim's work was so meticulous that it now looks better than the original work. |3. Replacement of rotting framing behind stonework discovered when rotting trim around front door was removed. Jim (carpenter and mason) and Andy rolled back our granite slab front step, removed stones in our stone wall, replaced the rotted section of the frame, and put everything back in place, including replacing the stones in the stone wall. | |They worked in the freezing cold, in the snow, in the rain. They were meticulous in their work as well as cleanup, explained everything they did, and were truly professional. We are thrilled with the work that they did. You couldn't have sent two nicer gentlemen and we look forward to working with them again. |We could not have asked for two nicer, more careful gentlemen/craftsmen and we will definitely have them back for future projects.

Description of Work: His company did renovations in our condo in Natick, MA. In less than 3 weeks they took took down a wall, enclosed a pass through, added a partial wall and installed pocket doors in another room, added hard wood flooring where the wall was taken down so it matched the rest of the room, installed recessed lighting in three rooms, installed light fixtures in 2 other rooms, changed the configuration of a wall of closet doors so that the closet was more accessible, added additional shelves in all the closets, added lights in each closet, installed two TVs so that the wires are hidden in the walls, put together a closet unit for extra storage in our laundry room, installed roll out shelves in kitchen cabinets where there were none, built cabinet bases in three cabinets where non existed. They cleaned up all the mess from the construction, did some touch-up painting, AND were very pleasant to work with.
