They quoted my mother at $137 an hour per mover with a large truck but charged her at $186 an hour with a small truck and an extra person. So this was a significant increase and took longer. We FaceTimed them and showed them everything in the house. Every room, every price of furniture. We used them previous owner. We can no longer recommend this company and will look else where. We suggest you do the same.

Hi there. When Gina called in to book this job, she informed us of what she would be moving. She said she would need a bedroom, living room, kitchen table, boxes, a couch in a sitting area, electric fireplace, free standing lamp and 2 50’ TV’s moved on 11/18/23. At that time, I informed Gina that I would be discussing the move, as I do all moves, with my husband so that we can determine how many men and what size truck is needed. Gina then reached out and we Facetimed to show a stackable washer and dryer that she was hoping to add onto the move. While on facetime, we were shown a bedroom set, couch, fireplace and told there was one other couch and a “room with a large amount of boxes in it.” This amount would’ve been 2 ½ rooms which would fit into our 17ft truck. At that time, we informed Gina that we would definitely have 3 men because of the amount of boxes. The $185 price per hour was confirmed, and an email was sent with our terms of service and a separate email with a non-refundable $350. deposit on 10/24/23 to which she paid the same day. The terms of service outlines all prices and confirms the $185 price per hour. However, upon arrival there was a full living room set, additional couch with misc. items, a storage closet, bedroom set, stackable washer and dryer, grill and a garage bay with tools and equipment which we then told Gina that these were not discussed, and she replied, “Because my husband did not tell me about that stuff.” Because of the additional items in the garage, storage closet and grill, we had to make an unexpected second trip. There was also a discussion on our original Facetime about putting all the boxes into the garage bay at the new place to save time, but upon arrival she had us bring the majority of the boxes upstairs because her husband did not want to move them from the garage. We of course obliged, however it did take more time because the majority of boxes went to the 3rd floor. At the end of the job, she was pleased and tipped every person on the crew. Upon returning to the office, she had called about the bill questioning if her non-refundable deposit was deducted from the bill to which we looked and confirmed that it was indeed refunded. She then sent a text message “Mike was right I apologize. Have a great Thanksgiving”. I can provide this text, all invoices and emails if needed.
