Friendly, professional, fast, high quality, and price was good.

First of all, I truly liked his communication style. He is very professional. He visited my house the same day and took measurements. He came on the date and time planned and installed the charger. We are hiring him for a different project and will recommend him to anyone looking for a serious professional. Did I mention that our dog made a new friend?

Joe performed an excellent job installing a Tesla charger and an extra outlet in our garage. The entire process was seamless from the initial meeting to review the projects to the final installation. Joe was very responsive and had great communication. He also went above and beyond when he noticed that our wall-mounted TV had unsightly wires/cords hanging down to the receiver below it. He remedied this for free by rerouting the wires/cords through the wall, and now everything looks clean and neat with no visible wires/cords. We will not hesitate to contact him for any additional electrical work in the future.

I have to say that meeting and hiring Joseph Lapomardo to install a sub panel in my home rates as one of my very best decisions. He responded within a couple of hours to my posted request for electrical service, we discussed the project and I sent him photos of my current electrical panel; based on our conversations and photos he was able to provide me with a price that I felt was more then reasonable. He then adjusted his schedule to accommodate my schedule and was much appreciated. In the process of installing the sub- panel he discovered a potential electrical problem with the main panel. Somehow water had gotten into it causing some corrosion on the main breakers as well as individual breakers and said it would have to be addressed soon. Apparently "soon" in Joseph eyes means now, on his own he went down to the store and picked up the breakers needed and replaced them. When the project was completed I asked what the bill now comes too and he quoted the original price agreed upon followed with "the breakers were on him" Needless to say, Joseph Lapomardo is on my speed dial. He clearly rates a 5 star. If you are looking for an electrician who will not only provide you with reasonable pricing and quality service as well as focusing on your safety; then you really want to contact Joseph. Bill N.

Joe responded to an urgent request at 7 am within minutes. He helped me resolve the main issue over the phone/video call and came to assess the problem later in the day. He was extremely responsive and helpful. He was very clear explaining the issue and steps to resolve it. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair request.

He was punctual, precise and very professional. His helper was also pleasant to deal with and also knew what he was doing. They were neat, considerate and I plan to use him again, should the need arise.
