He and his co-worker showed up on time, completed the job in a high quality manner in the time frame that was estimated, did an excellent job cleaning up and the cost came in as estimated. Joe converted my fuse box panel to circuit breaker panel in only 2-3 hours. The work was top quality. He was very thorough and even cleaned up everything after the job, leaving my basement the way he found it. He is very professional and polite and genuinely cares about his customers. He responds quickly and schedules the work in a very timely manner. I recommend him and would use him again.

The job was more than I wanted to spend but at the same time Joe offered me other well thought out options that he felt might fit my budget.
