He was wonderful, he didn't over me for the service. He was absolutely professional. He called me right way and made an appointment. I will refer him to my neighbor who needs his service because his work was great, he explained everything to me and I can say enough about his service.

Very professional, polite, personable and prompt. Called me immediately, called back, provided safety advise, showed up to diagnose the issue when he said he would. Did nor have part but made appointment for folling day to return with correct manufacturer part and complete work. Came at appointed time and fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable fee. Joe Lapomardo and his associate were truly professional in thier work. When he would encountered a problem, ( I have an old house, problems occur) he calmly showed me the me the problem and suggested ways to correct it to code. He was the only electrician to call me back and schedule an appointment. When we set the date for the upgrade, ( he actually did the job on a Staurday) he was on time and did not leave until everything was put back the it looked when he started.
