Installed deadbolts

Service was great. They were able to schedule the appointment for a Saturday morning. They charged a higher labor rate for the off hours appointment, but it was fair and worth it for us to meet our schedule. The mobile service tech arrived on time and was very professional. Their quote to me on the phone was very accurate. I would definitely use them again.

They are competent, professional and do a good job. The owner is really nice and it is a good local company. They were punctual, knew what they were doing and did not overcharge. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

On Tuesday, i set up an appointment on Wednesday to get three deadbolts installed. I was quoted a reasonable price and got a four hour window Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning I got a call indicating the locksmith would be coming by in 20 minutes and confirming it was still a good time. He showed up on time, but initially, he went to my neighbor's house - the person on the phone apparently recorded the address wrong. After that, things went smoothly. The holes for the deadbolts were quickly and accurately cut, and deadbolts installed. Everything worked the first time. Drilling the doors made an (unavoidable) mess, but he cleaned up everything.

It cost $150 for their service. I think it was a reasonable price because they did it the same day. They just made it happen. I think the price was fair since it was sort of short notice and was decent. I have used them in the past as well. They have done very large jobs for me and I was very satisfied with those as well.

They were great. I called and they came that same day.

The appointment was for 8am and I received a call at 8am that the locksmith would not arrive until 9am. This was not an inconvenience for me as I was already spending the day having things done at my house. The technician arrived promptly at 9am and got right to work. He installed the locks quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when he was finished. He even took a look at a bedroom door that was not latching and fixed it so it now closes fully. I am very happy with the work that was done.

I scheduled an appointment about a week or so in advance to have the deadbolts added. The person who performed my work came about 10 minutes late but called with plenty of notice to let me know when he would be arriving. The work was completed quickly and well. The final amount was almost exactly as quoted except an additional part charge was added because they were able to put a plate in place of the existing combination lock (something that it was not clear would be possible when the quote was given). Overall a very easy, positive experience

I called Joseph's Lock and Safe at 3PM to have keys made for both are front and back doors. We were scheduled for the next morning between 10 AM and 12 PM. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of the scheduling and was asked if a technician could come within the hour which I was happy to accomodate. The locksmith arrived within 30 minutes and re-keyed three locks on two doors. It took approximately and hour. The technician made sure he itemized the cost of services and was very polite and professional. It was a great experience.
