Description of Work: I called and email several places for more information on price and options. John took his time on the phone to go through all options and price differences. He immediately followed up with a written estimate. John walk-through the installation process and new functionality (car starter) - he welcomed us back anytime should we had questions or anything else. It was refreshing to speak to with someone knowledgeable.
