+ -1 moreFloors were sanded improperly. Heavy swirl marks around edges and thresholds. Chatter marks across entire floor. Many sanding depressions where sander reversed direction. Several areas where wet edge not maintained and can see polyurethane overlap marks. Dumped sander dust on lawn killing grass. Refuted claim that job was not done well, but offered to do job again. Didn't trust them enough to accept offer. Had floors redone by another company at similar price with much better results.

Description of Work: The first days work was unacceptable and we if to have them sand the floor a second time to get it right. In the process they destroyed the baseboards in our house. In would not recommend to any friend.

+ -1 moreJames from Happy Feet was terrific. The price was very fair. We had our entire first floor refinished - dining room, living room, hallway. Then also the stairs, the upstairs hallway and a bedroom that had old carpet in it. That bedroom carpet was more than 20 years old. We didn't know what was underneath. A lot of grime and glue apparently. But James and his crew made it sparkle. The quality of the work is outstanding. The service was attentive and communication was good. I'd highly recommend Happy Feet to anyone.
Description of Work: Refinished the entire first floor, stairs, upstairs hallway, and pulled up carpet and refinished one bedroom floor.
