Description of Work: They were looking at my washer. My washer wasn't draining. They confirmed that it was a problem with clogged plumbing.

+ -1 moreHe was very honest. He removed the out-put pipe and recommended that I have a plumber snake out the pipe, to avoid future clogs. He drained the old water out of the washer. He looked at the pump, and said it looked fine. He could have told me I needed a new pump, and charged me more. They were very honest, courteous, and responsive.
Description of Work: I hired Hannen Appliance to come to my home and check my front loading washing machine, that wasn't draining.
