Gustafson's service was excellent, from when I called and spoke with the woman to make the appointment to completion of the job. The plumbers arrived in a timely manner. They took the time to answer my questions and explain things, simply. They used the camera and had me look, for myself, to see that the pipes were clear (which I appreciated and made me feel even more relieved than them just telling me). They also patched the sewer pipe where a dehumidifier had been incorrectly connected to and had caused the back-up (previous owner). While they were here, they also looked at 2 other concerns that I had. They never made me feel rushed or like they were being bothered (the plumber that responded the previous week barely talked to me and seemed annoyed by my questions). I'm very pleased with the service, professionalism and responsiveness. Would definitely use again and wish I had called them in the first place.

The quality of the work was excellent and I would hire them again. The installer called in sick the day of the work. I called their office and told them that the toilet and shower had been gutted the previous day as planned and this needed to get done immediately. About an hour later the installer showed up with another plumber. I appreciate the office staff's follow up.

Came home to a virtual lake in my back bedroom and utility closet last night around 7:30PM Frantically started calling plumbers that advertised '24/7 emergency service' Roto Rooter said they could squeeze me tomorrow morning. I don't call that emergency service. Gustafson said, and quot;we'll be right out.and quot; Derek showed up 15 minutes later, assessed the situation and immediately put me at ease. Even offered suggestions to save me money on repairing the soggy wall and floor. Stopped the leak and returned back bright and early the next morning to compete the replacement of the damaged boiler parts.Charged me much less than I expected and spent plenty of time making sure everything was right and perfect before leaving.Can't say enough good things about these guys and I will definitely use them again.

They made an appointment to come between 12 and 4 on Friday. They said repeatedly that they would call when on the way, and if we didn't answer, they would not come out. They also asked for a credit card just to make the appointment. We drove to the apartment and waited there from 12 to 3. At 3, we called to make sure they were coming. At that point we were told that "no one was freed up" so they would not be coming. We asked how to make an appointment that would be prioritized so that we were not stuck waiting again, but the woman handling the phone just said repeatedly that no one had freed up, and they couldn't help that.

Gustafson Plumber Inc. did such a good job that I haven't had any plumbing problems since their last visit several years ago. They immediately responded to my call and came out to my house. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. I had no problems with them and they knew what they were doing.

The plumber called to ask if he could come earlier than originally scheduled and arrived when he said he would. The faucets were replaced quickly, professionally. The shower problem, however, I was told, would require replacement of the valve or installation of a flow restrictor on the boiler. Both solutions were very expensive and I opted to do nothing at this time. Later, I questioned his explanation of why the valve had to be replaced, that there was no other solution and will be checking into this with the manufacturer Other than that it was a positive experience. I may use them again but the charge for travel time gives me pause.

On a Friday, this company scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. The appointment was confirmed on Monday. At 3 pm on Monday afternoon, they called to reschedule for another day because their "plumbers were busy."

An actual person answered the phone and said they had a truck out and about in our area. They had the person in the truck call us for directions and they were at our house in under an hour from when we had called. The young man was very helpful and professional and had our heat up and running in no time. We will use this company for any future heating issues and will recommend them to friends and family in the Worcester area. Thank you!

They are okay. I like that they can come out either day or night. The only thing that I have a real problem with is a couple of times they have made mistakes and not fixed the problem. When we have called them to come back out and repair things that they missed they charge me again. I don't think I should be charged again for something they should have fixed right the first time. This is not a common occurrence, but has happened a couple of times.

They are pretty punctual. I called and they were here within a couple of days. They were on time. I picked them because they were the highest rated on the list.

When I call the phone number I get a person instead of a recording. They show up when they're supposed to show up. They give me pretty exact times, and they are prompt. The plumbers arrive prepared, and the fees are reasonable. When I've had an issue with some of their work they have came back out and resolved it for me.

They came on time and when they said they would, did the job for the price that they quoted and they were courteous.

It was another great experience with this company. They were there on time, did a great repair and at a fair cost. A landlord's dream!

It went well. I called him and asked if they could come on Thursday and they said yes. They called me when they were on their way and were very prompt. The plumber was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. Everything works great!

I needed a water heater at a rental property I own. It was Saturday and the regular plumber I use couldn't make it until Monday and I could hardly leave my tenant without hot water for three days. Gustafson responded promptly and the job and was done within three hours of my first phone call.

We had a break on a shower pipe occur on a Saturday. Based on Angie's List recommendations, we called Gustafson Plumbers. They warned me that the price would be time and a half for a Saturday (but I still found the charges reasonable). They arrived less than 2 hours after my call. Bruce Gustafson Jr. took a look at my problem, but had to run to a local hardware store for a part. He returned shortly after with the part and made the repairs. A very nice job in a very short time frame!

This guy is great. He is professional, he is honest and I use him for more than just heating and A/C work. He can do plumbing and just about any kind of contracting work you have. I think highly of him. He is a great guy with a great attitude and he can just do it all. He is the guy I use for anything and everything that I can because he literally is that good. He is dependable and reliable and he does not overcharge me. I know I can count on him.

It was a "nuisance" job but they performed excellent. They evaluated the problem right away and were extremely helpful in explaining the situation. The work was performed in a timely manner and they were thorough.
