Description of Work: I was very pleased with Gustafson. When they couldn't make a same-day drain cleaning appointment the office stayed in touch with me so I wasn't left wondering if/when they'd show up. And, they made sure to send someone first thing the next morning. Rob was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and completed the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We called the company in order to schedule service now and build a relationship into the future. When we asked for an initial visit, possibly at 5pm, we were immediately told that "this is time and a half". Although we understand that they run a business, this did not make me feel like a relationship for the future. We are looking elsewhere.
