Terrible experience, start to finish. Either the guy who showed up was high on the fumes of their products, or jus two out of it that he appeared that way. The first time he came out, he sprayed and removed a few nests. Within a week or tow, it was like they hadn't come at all, so we called them back. The second time around they did a much more thorough job, but the run here is that in the process of spraying, they marked up the walls of our house in numerous places (almost every wall has a mark on it ) from the tip of the applicator. It was a pain in the neck to get the service we paid for, and then when it was delivered, our house was left in poor shape. We obviously will not be using them again.

I like them. I have a contract and they come 4 or 5 times a year. They do routine visits and then I can call them anytime if I have a problem and they will come out. They are very reliable and responsive. They come when they say they are going to come. It is a pleasure dealing with them. I think the price is equivalent to any other company. I do like the way they run their business. I use them every year.
