One of the owners stopped by, inspected the door, and we discussed the prices for the things I was interested in getting done. I decided to have just the opener replaced and was given a price of $650. This was a basic replacement job but it seemed to have been done by a new employee that should have been closely supervised. The technician came as scheduled, was very professional and courteous. What upset me was that he didn't clean up after himself, leaving bolts, wires and parts that he had replaced in the garage area where the car was supposed to be parked in, and had forgotten things that were common sense to have available to finish setup.

They took some time getting back to us, but the result was quite satisfactory.

I called Garage Door 24 Hours after I found their name through a google search. "Searched on "Garage Door Repair Natick". This guy came right away. Very punctual. Said he would come between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, and would call me 45 minutes before his ETA. He called / and was at my driveway sharp at 5:15pm. He worked for an hour and fixed the problem. This guy Eli is a very knowledgeable and skillful service man. He is also very funny and entertaining. Enjoyed talking to him for an hour / watch him work. I am happy. Garage door works like well oiled machine. I recommend this company for your garage door needs.

He did a top-quality job! He came out right away. He was willing to install door despite us buying it through Home Depot. Also, he was very reasonable with his price, and he helped me make some alterations to the system. We used to have pretty bad experiences with our garage door, and we feel that finding and working with Eli has been a blessing.

It was a very pleasant experience. They did the job quickly and I was able to go about my day.

provider came in time for job estimate on a Sunday, he explained what needs to be done and we agreed to a price and delivery by next Thursday, left down payment and a dated check, so he could do the job in case we are not at home . by thursday evening nothing had happened, in the follow up call the guy explains the panels had not been delivered, quality panels from Canada - good quality, job would be done this Sunday latest, delay was not his fault. next day, Friday, the guy shows up and replaces the panels, we inspected the work after conclusion and rework was required, panels did not shut tight to door frame. another hour of tinkering and it was acceptable. doing so he left a few unprofessional remarks. then the dated check needed to be replaced (dated for Sunday not Friday). guy asked to issue the check on his personal name, not the company name. his boss gave him permission. an hour later he came back with the check accusing us it was rejected by the bank, we explained to him that the check needs to go to from his bank to our bank first and that his bank does not know anything about lack of funds until the check is settled by the bank, so he should go back and actually hand in the check.

I didn't get what I had paid for and was told by the repair man. I felt he was dishonest and have had trouble getting any satisfaction regarding my issues. I have spoken with the company and was told they'd look into it and call me back, but I have yet to hear anything back to resolve my issues.
