Called and received quick response. Plumber was excellent. Fixed quickly and I couldn't be happier with the service. Have used Garabedian plumbing for years now and highly recommend them.

Needed installation help two days before the long New Years' weekend. Contacted the 4 top-rated plumbers in my area on Angie's List. Only Garabedian was able to help me the same day I called. All other plumbers were scheduling the next week or two out. If I had to wait, I would have had no running water in the kitchen and no cooktop for over a week. Fortunately, Pat from Garabedian was able to come out on the same day of my call and got everything connected and running. He had to come back the next day to finish the venting. Overall, the responsiveness and service was great. At $100/hr, they are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Pat arrived right on time. I gave him my list and we walked through the various areas that needed work. He went after the problems one at a time. When he had a question he'd call me and we'd discuss it. He was very clear on what he thought should be done and listened to any thoughts or concerns I might have. He worked very diligently and gave me periodic updates on his progress. On one problem he suggested I let it be until it actually broke. Overall this was a very professional and pleasant to work with company. In the few occasions I had contact with the office, Lynn was great to work with.

All was fixed, and checked several times before Joe and Ron left. They also gave us some pointers on taking care of bathroom tubs and sinks that are infrequently used. ( Like, Running some water once a week to re-fill evaporation from the trap. Never thought of that one). Very competent people.

Garabedian's guy was very professional, honest and on time. They were able to diagnosis the issue and replace the water heater quickly. Their prices are reasonable.

Scheduling was really easy. I got in touch quickly and was able to name the day to have the service done. The plumber showed up on time, was incredibly nice and professional, and really knew what he was doing. He worked quickly, and the repair was done in no time. All of our home maintenance should be this easy!

It went very well. We were surprised that a box one of the two plumbers said he'd put in to cover up where new lines were exposed near ceiling above the hall between kitchen ceiling and the bathroom turned out to have to be installed by us. When reproached Garabedian's office manager Lynn said that was our responsibility as plumbers don't do carpentry, etc. Not a big deal and I built the box, but why did plumber say he'd do it? Also, one of the plumbers entered the first floor unit twice without knocking and while wearing wet boots. First was while running a new line and I was able to quickly let him know there was no access where he'd hoped. Second was to use our phone which I still don't understand as both plumbers had phones of their own. There was no work in first floor. Overall, we've been impressed by office manager Lynn and her and Garabedian's responsiveness. Especially for a plumbing contractor. We ended up filing an insurance claim after the plumbing work was done and Lynn was very helpful in breaking down the initial bill for our insurance company's purposes.

It was the WORST experience that I have ever had with a plumber. I made an appointment with Garabedian Plumbing to come and fix my leaking toilet. We had an appointment for 8:15am. Garabedian called 20 minutes before their plumber was supposed to arrive, the plumber had put another job in front of mine. He finally showed up at 9:32am. I had my son put his stop watch on to time how long the job took (the plumber just needed to replace 2 bolts). The plumber was finished with the job and handed over the bill at 10:11am. The job took 40 MINUTES from the time he drove up to my house to the time he gave us the bill. Garabedian charged me for 1 1/2 hours of work for a total of $168. I was GROSSLY overcharged! When confronted with the truth, the bill was reluctantly reduced by 1/3 to $107.50, which I still believe is too much for 40 minutes of work. I am VERY disappointed with GARABEDIAN PLUMBING and would NEVER use them again. I WOULD AVOID USING GARABEDIAN PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Mike figured out the strange set up of my plumbing system. I liked that he give options every step of the way and explained what he was trying. Also gave advice on avoid the issue in the future that did not involve huge expense.

One plumber came out and it took him about 2 hours. I wished they would called to confirm the appointment before they came though.

So nice, on time- a fraction of what we paid for same job to another provider- cleaned up well. Will definitely use again!

The technician tried to adjust the pilot but was unable to do so.

Their answering service was rude. No idea that no heat means my business can't operate. Second visit was by a young guy who couldn't figure it out either. I ended up paying another heating specialist to replace a sensor and all has been good ever since.

I was very pleased at the professionalism and concern for customer issue and service.

After waiting 2 hours for him to show up, I called the office and go a song and dance reply about not being able to get here today. After complaining and threating to go elsewhere, she said she could see what she could do. Within an hour, she called back to say that she had worked it our someone could by within half an hour - which he did. He was quite polite, respectable, and did not treat me like an idiot. He listened to my description of the problem and immediately got to work, isolated the location of the problem, and released the blockage. And I was surprised to see that the bill was reasonable.

They were great to deal with as usual. They came over as soon as possible, and the guy really seemed to know his stuff. They always do a great job.

Installation went very well...very professional, no issues. Would definitely use again.

Work was completed over 2 phases and both phases went very very smoothly. I was juggling a bath refinish with the plumbing work but the office at Garabedian was an absolute pleasure to work with and did a great job! Both plumbers were top notch and courteous - only one minor issue. there was one area where the clean up was not done - it didnt bother us as the area was well contained. Straight pricing with hourly rate so no surprises there either. Highly recommend!!

Needed to convert my switch out my hot water tank and convert my boiler to natural gas from propane. Dan was able to come right over and give a very reasonable estimate for the whole thing. And John and John came over when the kit was in and converted everything seamlessly permits and all. Highly recommend these guys for any work!
