Fine, it was not an emergency and thus was rescheduled from original time, but they kept me informed. Plumber was professional and pleasant.

Straightforward. Everything explained and done in several hours. Problems solved.

Neither satisfied nor particularly dissatisfied; would not go out of my way to hire again. We were given a broad window of when a plumber could come to our house and were called about 20 minutes ahead of time to confirm he was coming; the person I spoke to to schedule was very nice. The plumber who came was very friendly and polite; he explained what he was doing every step of the way and mentioned a few other issues he spotted. That said, nothing he worked on was ultimately completely fixed when he left. On several of the repairs, he recommended trying something that was cheaper and might work, as opposed to something that was more expensive and would definitely work, but might be overkill. So, he replaced a piece of the shower valve, but not the whole valve; it works a little better, but not all the way better, and is now very difficult to turn. He applied some sealer to the leaking shower drain; the leak came back immediately, the next time we used the shower. I appreciate his intention to save us money, but in the end I didn't really save anything. I called another plumber who came back and did the repairs that the plumber from Garabedian said might be overkill; it cost the same, but the repairs worked. So, I paid twice. Again, the plumber they sent was friendly, polite, professional, but I just wasn't satisfied with the results. Also, he measured for an estimate to replace some of the house's older plumbing, and more than a month later I still haven't received the estimate. I wouldn't necessarily avoid them, but I might not go out of my way to hire them either.

Service was completed quickly and without concerns. His promptness and professionalism was appreciated. Quite satisfied with the insallations.

It was expensive, but only because I was paying for off-hours work. He fixed the problem quickly, made some good recommendations for work to prevent future problems, and was very professional at all times.

They're very good; particularly things I want to say that are sort of semi-emergencies, they seem to be available pretty quickly. They never leave a mess. I'd give them A's on all of it.

I called them that day. I thought I'd have to wait about a week; they came that day, so that was very good. We use them quite often; they're plumbers and for different plumbing things. Their work has always been very good. The thing that impresses me the most is maybe their professionalism. They really seem to know what they're doing and they sort of seem to be updated, like they'll come in, they'll take pictures with their phone and things and that kind of stuff. Various service people come to the home. There are people that have come more than once, but I think it depends on who's on that shift or whatever.

I called early in the morning. The company was able to send someone to my house the same day.

Excellent. Serviceman was very courteous and professional. Explained options, worked efficiently. Did not to try unnecessarily upsell services. Finished ahead of schedule. Would certainly use again.

Awesome!: 1. Scheduled appointment for the morning after I called, despite anticipated horrible weather. 2. Communicated immediately when they received an emergency call which resulted in the plumber being (minimally) delayed 3. The plumber went above and beyond to not only hook up the gas, but to creatively persevere in installing the leveling feet on the stove that had previously broken off and bent the bottom plate of the stove (we bought the stove used)...when I was ready to give up, he kept at it until he was able to get it done. 4. Both the office staff and the plumber were cheerful, pleasant and competent.

It went extremely well, the plumbers are great as is the office staff.

I called the service provider on Friday 2/17/17. The service provider would not provide me with a time window for the service, but said I would be the first call for the first plumber who finished their initial emergency follow-up job from the weekend(They start work at 7am). I provided them with both my cell phone and home number and told them I would be available at the HOME number all day. They called on my cell number (~10am) which does not ring at my house and when they did not reach me they took my service out of their rotation and left a message that I only got when I went out to walk my dog at noon. They then told my the next available plumber would be at my house. Another two hours later (~2pm) the plumber arrived. The plumber himself was very professional and completed the job in under 1/2 hour.

Good, prompt arrival. Was able to identify cause of running water in pipes. At first, the plumber disregarded the sound of the running water as condensation from the heater (which didn't make sense to me because the furnace was not running)...after further investigation and turning off the main water line deducted that it was coming from the water softener. (due to faulty water softener valve which they do not service-but was able to shut off until the softener could be serviced. ) I had one faucet handle that needed tightening and one handle that would not shut off ...He had to go get the parts and fixed both the same day. I did use a 20 Angie's list coupon. The invoice was for 322.00 however with coupon came to 302.00. The invoice was for parts and labor and was not broken down specifically by parts or labor.

I then went to Angies List and found Garabedian who had a number of staff, guessing ttey would be more responsive, and they were. The woman on the phone was professional and helpful and the plumber who came later that day was thorough and professional in correcting the problem - double checking things before he left.

Well. Good job. Slight delay from scheduled time because someone had a plumbing emergency. This is totally understandable.

Called into the office for help in Monday night and spoke with an admin who took my information, told me they would call in the morning to schedule a time. Called me around 8AM and asked to get into house right then. I am already at work so no go and the admin seemed very put out that I wasn't home. She told me at 11:30 someone would be available. I leave work and go home to wait for the plumber. I call in at 12:30 (no call, no plumber yet) and am told the tech is just finishing up a job. I call at 4:30PM (no call, no plumber yet) and am told the job ran long and the tech will call me soon, but not to worry it will happen today. 6:30PM the tech calls and says he has been working all day and now needs to go home before he even gets to my job. I have no problem with waiting at this point....however the tech says we are now into OVERTIME RATE of 150 per hour! Its overtime because they didn't come when they thought they would. I'm over a barrel so I have to pay. The job is finally done at 9:30PM and for 1 hour of work the bill is $350. The money isn't the issue here, what is at issue is the 3/4 of a day I had to take off from work, the absence of any forward communication from Garabedian and the principal of paying more when I shouldn't have to. The plumber who came did a good job (thanks Shamus) - this is a front office issue.

I called the day before and the receptionist scheduled the appointment for the next day. The plumber discovered the problem quickly and explained everything in detail along the way. Afterwards, they patched the ceiling and cleaned up everything. Quick and painless! I would recommend Garabedian to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Came on time, and problem free after the service

They did great work, they were prompt and very responsive.

I had the company replace an indirect heated hot water tank from Well McLain. They performed the job correctly, however charged my 42% more. Original estimates given were $700, but ended up charging me $1000 after the work was completed. I had provided all the details and confirmed multiple times the amount to be charged, yet later they said that they had to do more copper piping. I could have used a different provider if they had clarified this in the beginning.

It was easy to call and schedule the appointment. They were able to send someone out the next day, and they were able to quickly fix the problem.

The office and technical staff were courteous, helpful, and professional yet personable, and I would not hesitate to call them again, for my HVAC needs.
