Description of Work: I had a new professional style kitchen faucet installed and one leaky toilet fixed. Joe was extremely professional and made sure he communicated potential placement issues with the faucet. So I'm very happy with the installation. He also gave me suggestions on what to do with the unused holes in my countertop. Plus the toilet was fixed! Mum will be thrilled. 😁

Description of Work: Two exterior faucets were replaced. The service was great. Service man was punctual and friendly. The only complaint I would have is that the bill was not broken down into categories. Parts and labor were provided but not broken down on the bill. Only the final total was listed. Would have liked to see the bill reflect the breakdown. |Would definitely use this company again. Their service was professional and the work was well done.

Description of Work: Replaced broken toilet flange. First attempt failed because the "screw-in" flange broke when the tech tried to hammer it in. Second attempt using old school oakum and lead was successful, but the tech burned the bathroom flooring with his torch. Company refused to replace the damaged flooring, offering a discount instead. I was not happy but accepted the discount.

Description of Work: Their services were very good. The plumber was polite, punctual and knowledgable. Honesty is something that is every much appreciated these days, despite originally quoting $900 he charged me $300 less because it took him less time, I respect that very much!
