+ -1 moreWe are now BIG fans of this place. We met three people that worked there, and everyone was kind, considerate and professional. The door looks BEAUTIFUL and exceeded my hopes. The man who did most of the work on it obviously took pride in his work and enjoyed it. He generously shared tips on the finishing process and helped us get the door loaded on the car. This place is a little bit annoying to find (thanks to the GPS on my car being confused by Worcester), but it is SO worth it!
Description of Work: Furniture Plus and The Stripping Workshop stripped our 100+ year old exterior door of many coats of paint. They then prepped the door (including filling in areas, smoothing, re-glazing the windows, etc.) so that all we had to do is put the stain and varnish on.

+ -1 moreFurniture Plus and The Stripping Workshop did a fabulous job. They charged per door so I did a little bit at a time. They are creative and if you have an idea they will work with you. The customized all of my drawers with wooden inserts.

+ -1 moreWe called them to make sure they were open, then took both chairs to their site. They gave us an estimate which we agreed upon, and they said it would take one to two weeks. In less than a week they called us to tell us the chairs were repaired and ready for pick up. When we picked them up, they showed us what they had done, and charged us what they had estimated. The chairs both look nice and work well once again.
Description of Work: FurniturePlus repaired two dining room chairs from two different dining sets. One had a broken back, and the other had broken leg supports.
