Fresh Start the Moving Crew

This company did an amazing job! Tyler, Eric and Nick showed up on time, and were able to quickly disassemble my beds, included a big wooden bunk bed and move all of my furniture using my buildings teeny elevator, then move everything into my new second floor apartment with all stairs and a super small doorway. I was constantly like "omg, there's no way that is going to fit through there"... and everytime it did and they made it look easy. My apartment was so trashed and they were super professional and worked around my moving mess and general household disarray, which i appreciated sooo much. They even pointed out a wall in my new place that could possibly be dangerous, so that I can be aware. That kind of service is above and beyond and so appreciated. The amount of pride they take in their work is commendable. I would 100% use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone. I wish i had more stuff to move just so I could have a reason to use them soon! lol

This company is great! This is the second time I have used them. They answer questions promptly and their estimate was accurate. The moving crew of Yancey and Jorge was great. They were polite, quick, and professional in every way. The made the process of moving day less stressful. I recommend them 100%.

David, Dio and Will were wonderful. Fast courteous service. They took great care of our 1930s cook stove. In a few hours, they saved us a few days of back breaking work. This is our 2nd time using Fresh Start. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Moving is awful. They made it bearable. Thank you Fresh Start!

The price we paid was slightly lower than one of the big name companies, however, this company has the ability for clutter removal, incase we had stay behind furniture we could not sell. Rainell and his crew did a very good job in packing/loading and offloading our household goods. There was small damage to our freezer (did not affect operation) and Rainell discounted our final payment on the spot.

It went fantastic!! David, Jake and Calib did a great, professional job. They were polite and very careful of our furniture and 'other' things. A year before, this Co. moved us from our home to an apt. in Worcester and they did a fantastic job then! It was so hot that day, but they kept working. This recent move was done just before a big snowstorm was coming in. The co. was able to get us out the day before we were supposed to move. As soon as the movers finished, the snowflakes started to fly. We really appreciated all that this company did for us to make for a smooth move (twice)!

Rainell & his crew were amazing!! Everyone was kind, professional & friendly. The crew worked so hard moving us and took great care of all of our belongings. We are so thankful & 100% would recommend!!!

The move went great! Our crew led by David was exceptional, they were timely, professional and treated our furniture like it was their own. We had some pretty unique items and they took the time to break them down completely and wrap them with blankets and shrink wrap and put them back together like new. We had a lot of glass and nothing was broken! I had a desk that was very large and heavy and they broke it down and got it into the room with no damages. All the crew was wonderful but I can tell you that Brian and David were amazing. Respectful, careful and nice young men. Would hire them again in an instant.

Excellent. Angel and Wayne, my Moving Crew, were fantastic. They arrived on time, checked the items to be moved, which door they were going to use and got right to work. I was very impressed at the professionalism and work ethics that they demonstrated. They not only were polite and respectful to my husband and I , but also to each other. Every item was wrapped up tight with no tape. They were very careful of our things. I requested them for future moves. They were THE BEST. I would give them the highest recommendation there is!

We had an awesome experience with Fresh Start Movers. The process from beginning to end was very easy and took away all the stress that an August 31 move in the city usually has! I worked with Holly to get our quote and she was very thorough and attentive. The estimate that was provided was very detailed and straightforward so you know exactly what you are paying for. My crew was Tom, Daryl and Will and they were polite, prompt, and worked very efficiently. They were very skilled at getting a large, long dresser down a narrow 3 flight staircase. I wish it had been as easy for me when I moved it up there the prior year! I didn’t have any furniture that was damaged and all my belongings were accounted for. I highly recommend this company for their moving expertise and their wonderful customer service which you experience throughout you’re whole moving process. In this day of lousy customer service it is great that a company like this exists and takes pride in the service they provide

Yesterday, September 24, I moved after 36 years in the same house. I had some beautiful, oak pieces and was very nervous. I called Fresh Start Moving Crew and from the time I called, and spoke to Kristen, my mind was put at ease. Due to house closing issues, I had to change my moving date twice and Kristen effortlessly was able to accommodate those changes. for me. On moving day Greg R., called to say when they would arrive. He and his crew, Alfred and Matt N. arrived on time, wearing company shirts. They were very professional, pleasant, and incredibly strong. Some of my very big, heavy furniture had to be moved 2 flights down to the driveway and truck. All the furniture was transported to my new home and placed where I wanted without any damage. The crew wasted no time and their smiles assured me all was going well. This company is very reasonably priced and at the end I was charged the quoted price. No surprises. The move went extremely well and was done in a very professional and cordial manner. Angel and Will were the two movers we had and they worked hard, carefully, and were very good at solving issues with patience and persistence. The house we were moving from was a small antique house with very narrow hallways and stairwells. They were able to move some large bureaus and a king-size bed mattress and several boxsprings down a stairwell that frankly was a work of art. They were friendly and went above and beyond, making our move, which we were dreading, a good experience. We would highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a local moving company you can depend on!

The move went well. I have moved three times over the past few years and Fresh Start was the best by far. The movers were courteous, cautious and attentive to my needs. Additionally, the phone communication with the office was excellent. Holly was extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to hire these pros!

They're excellent! The quote that was provided to me was the quote I paid. They showed up on time, it was moved without any damage to the furniture nor the passage and door that they moved through and they are market price.

The move was excellent. The crew was professional, courtesy and communicated every step of the move to us. Excellent! Caio and his crew (5 members total) on October 9 and 10 were quick, skilled, and friendly. They made a very stressful time stress free! We can’t imagine moving without them. Things were wrapped, cushioned, etc. It was great to not have to worry about those things. After the move, I had a question about billing and Holly worked hard to answer it. She was helpful and friendly all through the booking process as well.

Move furniture and boxes from old house and from 2 storage units to the new house.

They were on time, very nice and helpful, and very thorough. The job was a bit bigger than they originally thought so they called and got more guys to help. They worked really hard and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them. The process was very smooth and easy.

Fresh Start was excellent! I honestly knew nothing about them when I hired them. But when I first called in, Holly was so friendly, responsive and helpful, they seemed like a good choice. On the day of the move, Jorge and Tyler called ahead to say they were close by. They arrived right on time, and they were incredibly easy to deal with. Great personalities, professional and very carefully wrapped my furniture and belongings, so that they would not be damaged. James was great at the estimate and explaining the process. Holly and Mary in the office were very helpful. Tyler, Carlos and Wayne did a great job moving. They were punctual, quick, kind, helpful, and professional. They arrived on time, loaded and packed well and fast, and arrived on time at the destination and unloaded and setup. Everything was delivered in good shape. They come in uner budget as well. They whole team was honest and did the best at scheduling move that was very quickly schedule and without much lead time.

We used Fresh Start to move our household with 32 years worth of stuff. The person who estimated the cost was right on the mark. The move took two days. We moved out of our old house one day and into the new house the next day. I could not have been happier with the efficiency and care of the moving crew. They not only ran back to get more items to move, but they hustled with their arms full of boxes. When you pay by the hour, you love to see that. These people were professional all the way - they put things where we wanted, solved problems in getting large items into the house and up stairs, and made sure everything was done the way we wanted it. I want to single out Tom, Adam, Carols C, Mike, Alan, and Carols R for doing a fantastic job. I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone looking for a top notch moving company.

Fresh Start was great! Jose, Dave and Carlos maneuvered some extremely heavy furniture around some very tight corners and a very delicate china cabinet from the (last) turn of the century was packed and handled with care. They also managed to complete my move in less than the quoted time! They wouldn't even take a break for lunch! Top Notch! A+ Thanks for MY Fresh Start, guys!

This move could not have been better!! The three young men who moved us were very friendly, really polite and extremely efficient. They arrived early and we were completely moved into our MA residence in around seven hours. We are so pleased!!!

Flawless. The crew of Eddie, Mike, Ray, and Allen did a great, efficient job of getting all our belongs and boxes our of the house and safely on the truck. Everything arrived in Iowa exactly on time. Mike and his crew had the truck unpacked and all of our belongings placed in the correct area in a mere 2.5 house. Everything arrived without damage. Mary did a great job of coordinating the move. James did a wonderful job of estimating the move. We especially appreciated his low-key, no pressure approach to the sale.
