Frank gave a timely, accurate estimate and explained what he would do and why. He is friendly, and the work was done in a neat and timely manner. He was amenable to finishing up a previously started job. I got text pictures of the work. For all the plastering that he did, there was only one barely visible settling crack. He repaired it the next day. I highly recommend him. His was the lowest bid, too. Prices seemed more than fair.
