Service man arrived as promised, performed a very thorough work. Covered all structures, all levels, indoor and outdoor. Explained everything well. Did not waste any time.

My husband called and made arrangements to have someone come out and treat the inside of the house for ants and return later to do the outside. Arrangements were made for us to be the last client of the day (because they don't work Sat.) and they were to arrive between 4 and 5 pm. When we got home from work on the scheduled day (a Thursday) there was a message from the technician that he was at the house at 2:20. Needless to say no one was home. Another message was left asking us to call Max. My husband called and we were told we would have to reschedule. The first available being the following Thursday. My husband took the appt. and I ended up cancelling as I had found someone who could come in 2 days on Sat.

They were very professional, came out when they said they would, very happy with the service. Like I said, they came out when they said they would. They took care of everything. They were professional. I don't have experience with any other people that do that so I can't compare but we were happy with them. I would have been happier if they were cheaper. Probably for what we had done it was ok. I would say B, I would like to see less money. They were actually early, they showed up when they said they would. They were very good about explaining what they were going to do and what they did. We were happy I would say an A.

Leo and the young man with him installed bat doors to remove the bats permanently from our home. We were having an issues with bats entering our home. They came when they said they would. They also looked for all areas where the pests could be entering. They were on time and worked very quickly and effectively. They installed bat doors. So these pest can be removed from my home. Leo also showed that he knew a lot about these pests. I feel very comfortable with the service. He will return in a couple of weeks to remove the doors. I am very happy with the service. Both tech were very nice and hard workers. I will tell my friend and anyone else about this great service. .

Initially talked with Joe to get it set up. He was very comfortable to talk with. We scheduled the treatment and on the day it was to occur, it had been raining in some areas of Southern Worcester county. I got a call from Joe saying that the technician (Ryan) was on his way and that because of the rain, he would schedule a free re-application. I'm very impressed with Joe, Ryan and the company in general.

It went extremely well. The technician, Robert Rusha, was absolutely awesome. He was thorough, took the time to explain everything he would be doing, showed me the products he would be using, and was very mindful of my dogs. He was both friendly and professional. I'll be sure to request Robert for my subsequent services.

It was great. We were very happy with them. They were punctual and took care of everything in a very efficient way. There was absolutely no problem. The quality was outstanding. It didn't take may days to get them out there. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Bedbugs are disgusting. I do not recommend that you get them. I'm sure they could come in handy if there is ever somebody that you are extremely displeased with, such as someone who gifted you with an upper decker in your bathroom at home. You could covertly install these horrific creatures in their house and walk away laughing maniacally. That's what I would do in that situation. I manage a six-family building in Northbridge. Once upon a time, there were bedbugs in one of the units. Before we tried Ford's Hometown Services, which is awesome, we hired a different pest control company, which was not awesome. This other company was presented with a unit that had been empty of the residents and all of their belongings for an entire two hours before treatment. This was an ideal scenario, as I was given to understand it. What happened next was 3+ months of nightmares. We hired this company to reduce the number of affected units from 1 down to 0. Apparently, they misunderstood. They were successful in changing the number of bedbug-infested units from 1 to 3. Perhaps this company had a special "Torture Everyone For 3 1/2 Months And Make The Problem Worse" package that I had unwittingly signed up for, as our units were all fullof very good residents whose children were being eaten by these appalling harbingers of bloodsucking misery. When I mentioned to the pest control company the fact that we were not all that impressed with their performance, the manager offered to charge us more money so they could inspect and treat the other units. If I could set a person on fire over the telephone, I probably would have. Cue Joe Blake at Ford's Hometown Services (insert appropriate superhero-themed music here). Joe Blake told me exactly what needed to be done, and exactly which team he would send in to do it. He put together the action plan, and, in an apparent gesture of pity, gave me a discount on the price. Then, they got the job done. Period. They showed up when they were supposed to, they were courteous with all the residents, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Joe and his team made certain that everything went exactly as it should have gone, and it only took them about four weeks to kill every last one of those crawling vampires. I share my tale of woe for two reasons: 1) So you, dear reader, can see what my consequences were for choosing the wrong pest control company, and 2) I like to complain. The bedbug problem cost this building thousands and thousands of dollars in lost revenue while the bedbugs were doubtlessly pointing and laughing at me, ridiculing me behind my back. Nobody wants that. Bedbugs, as I may have mentioned, are horrible and disgusting. Joe Blake, in contrast, is not horrible and disgusting. The moral of the story: call Joe Blake at Ford's Hometown Services. The End.

They are an excellent company. They were able to get rid of our termites. We have an annual inspection and we haven't had a reoccurrence. Our house is built on a former sand pit so the lawn service is very important for grass to grow. We've been using them for over 10 years. We have a bundled service with them so the price is good. It is comparable with others.

Had a crew member spray critical areas with the best chemical meant for the job. Performed perfectly.

I submitted a request via their website for a quote and was called back right away by Bob who was very helpful in answering my questions and discussing the services Ford's would provide. They came out on time and did a very thorough job, taking their time to apply treatment to all affected areas and explained what they were doing. The technician (John Coleman) was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a very thorough job. The experience was great start to finish and I would definitely use their services in the future.

John Coleman was awesome. He explained everything and took his time accessing the house perimeter. He was funny, knowledgable and explained how the pests operate as well as the application he sprayed. I ended up getting on the tri-yearly maintenance plan which cost less than this one visit and covers a ton of other safety measures and also covera an additional 2 emergency visits at no charge! These guys are great!
