Prior to scheduling the service, Leo DuPont called to discuss our situation and offer options. We felt that we needed Leo to inspect the soffit and provide an estimate based on what he saw. He came within a week and provided an estimate to evacuate the bats and seal potential areas of entry. We were very impressed with his knowledge and assessment of the situation and we felt the quote was appropriate given the size and scale of the job. We scheduled an appointment and Leo returned on the day we scheduled along with another colleague from Ford's. They worked all day installing bat doors and sealing large and small openings with sealant and mesh. He also addressed several burrowing bee hives in our siding. For the next two weeks, the wildlife evacuated the soffit and Leo returned to remove the bat doors and seal up the remaining openings. We are very pleased with the communication and the service. Ford's called to let us know when to expect someone at our home. They were professional and worked efficiently -- even in some rather rainy and hot conditions. The soffit no longer harbors birds and bats. We would definitely use them again.

The technician showed up on time, explained everything he was doing and helped put us on a plan at a reduced rate for follow up visits which also included 2 emergency visits at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I began using their service in 2013 and found significant improvement in my lawn quality. It was greener, lusher and coming in denser. I watered as per the instructions (honestly should have watered more than I did, but it still did well and was a lot better than what I had). The picture included was taken in May 2014 as I am on the 2nd year of the premium service. The price has gone up, but only reflected a minor increase and did not include the initial introductory offer. I find the price to be reasonable for the five times they visit and the items performed. If I were to buy the store bought stuff for the amount of times I should fertilize the lawn, it equates to roughly half the cost and I'd still have to apply it. This helps save me the step and makes sure it's done correctly by the pros. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the results and I have become the envy of our street. I have already had neighbors compliment me on my lawn and how it has turned out.

John was great. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain to me about what he was doing and what different options there were. Very pleased and I will definitely want John to be the person who performs any future services.

The technician, Anesti, was a joy to work with being both friendly and knowledgeable. Anesti was thorough in explaining his inspection and treatment techniques and was happy to answer any follow-up questions about the procedure and products being used. He took care with the safe handling of the chemicals as well as being careful with my property. This was a follow-up visit to an initial visit Anesti made the previous year that cost $395. The initial visit also entailed light interior spraying in the basement, which was not needed this time. The possible need for a return visit was not unexpected due to the nature of the infestation and both times it was immediately evident that the chemicals were working, even though the company officially warns that it may take some time to see results. At this point I don't believe I will need to have a third visit as it appears all colonies have been eradicated, but if I do call them back it is not because I feel the previous treatments were ineffective. The house clearly had a carpenter ant problem that had gone unchecked for years and I am relieved to see things moving in the right direction.

It went great! I had scheduling issues and they helped out beautifully. The person who did the inspection was polite and very professional. He took me with him on every step of the inspection and explained not only what he was looking for, why, and what he was doing and why, but what I should watch for and do in the future. The company and the inspector fully respected my desire to not use poison or non-green products. The price included a discount for being an Angie's list member, the full inspection (indoor and outdoor), the full anti-mouse treatment (my home is over 1,100 sq. ft.) AND a follow-up visit in about two weeks!!!!! They fully stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were actually coming today to do the lawn. We've done yearly contract so probably it was for the last 8 years with them for both pest control and lawn services. It's a service contract they charge and it's bundles, so depending, we also have termite service. Seven-set lawn care cost us $1470, pest control costs us $429 and that's for mice, ants and bees and the termite protection. We had that done at probably 6 years ago and every 3 years we renew the warranty. They come out and double check for termites and we renewed for $110 a year for that service. They come and check all the termite traps for activity. They do lawn and yard fertilization, liming and crab grass controls. There is also a late fall service for aeration. Some years we add spot feeding for more, if it's been a really dry year. Start with spring open up and fertilization, I think, 3 or 4 times and then the late fall service which is fertilization and line. Pest control is only outside. They're very responsive when I found a bee's nest. I've always been happy with the price because they bundled; any other service we looked up didn't bundle services.

He was a winderful person to deal with. He was fast & very thorough. He explained everything before he did it. Just a very kind guy. Very good at what he does.

I have worked with this company since 1984 for 2 different homes and they have done a wonderful job. When my son bought a house, I recommended him to them and he also likes their service.

We pay $35 a month and it covers them coming out 4 times a year. They are very thorough and they are very good with pricing. If we call, they will be out here in a timely manner.

I think I am in a service plan with them. I had some minor termite damage and I started using them. There is no termite activity now. They do a quick review and if they find something, they will ask me if I want anything done or not. They are excellent. They are nice and professional people. I think it is a family-owned business, and the people have been there for many years. I have never had issues with them. They are good.

They are great. I have been using them for 7 years and I have not had one problem. If you develop any problems, we had a problem with spiders one year, if you have any special problems they are ready to deal with it. They are very professional and very friendly. If their is going to be a delay, they will call you and let you know.

I think they were very good. They arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable. They always left a message on my phone. They would let me know when they were coming. It was a recorded message. The service was excellent. If I had a problem with anything, they came and took care of it. It was just wonderful. The service was really good.

I don't get ants and will continue to use them in the future.

We use them for termites and also for lawn service. They would be coming to do the lawn next week. They had come in October for lawn services. For the pests they come three times during the season and whenever we want them and that is all part of the fee. They do lawn treatment. They are excellent. The pest control was $400 and termite control was $105. For the lawn treatment it is a 7 steps annual program and it is $1200.

They are very knowledgeable. I found a bug in my home that I brought to them to identify. They knew exactly what it was and gave me information about it.

They are very accommodating from a scheduling standpoint. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if the service has been done but all in all from the time I have been here it has been superb.

I was very, very satisfied. I thought they were always responsive to calls. They dealt with some wasps nests.

Excellent services. Matt was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. He treated our house with the minimum amount of product and only where it was needed. He also took care to move some caterpillars out of the way so they would not get killed. Matt explained what we should do to avoid recurring problems. Hopefully I don't need their services again, but if I do I will try their organic solutions.
