I wanted to express to you that we are truly sorry for the fact that you were not contacted. After reading about your concern, we immediately made an attempt to contact you to resolve your issue but we found that there was no way of contacting you. We looked through our incoming phone call logs and emails, unfortunately, we did not find any records of your attempt to reach us. In addition to that, we also noticed that you were trying to reach us from out of state. The state in which your profile shows that you reside in is from another state that we do not advertise in on Angie’s List. We have a strong suspicion that this just might be a simple case of mistaken identity. If by chance, we are mistaken on our end, we would be more than happy to help assist you in any way possible.
