Steve Fanning came out to give me an estimate on replacing my gas boiler and water heater. After his visit, he never followed up with an estimate. When I called him 2 weeks later, he apologized and said he had been really busy with work because some people left and that he would get it to me that weekend. He never sent me an estimate or contacted me since.
Description of Work: Nothing because he didn't follow through.

The work went great. He was there the very next day to replace it. He completed the job in a timely manner. He left the work area very clean. He disposed of the old parts. I always recommend him.
