Franklin and company were top notch professionals through the entire process and would highly recommend. Franklin met with me where we reviewed my options and provided a proposed layout. The price was competitive and we scheduled the work. He is his crew arrived as promised and worked hard throughout the day and we are thrilled with Final result. Franklin is very professional always promptly followed up on any questions and By the time he left, we had Sprinkler app downloaded on my cell phone and system tested. I was pleased with the work that Carias Irrigation did at my home. Franklin had a project in the same town and allowed me to speak to the other homeowner, who spoke highly of the irrigation system that F. Carias did at his home. Franklin put in 10 zones. He had to go under walkways and a driveway. He came out and walked the property and placed flags where the sprinkler heads were needed, all in about 20 minutes. He emailed me a formal estimate within 5 days. It detailed all the work that would be performed. He installed the system with 2 helpers in 2.5 long days. He uses a ditch witch to pull irrigation tubing underneath the grass, so there is minimal damage to your established lawn. They dig some larger holes to connect the tubing , and there is some damage to the lawn, but his crew cuts out chunks of lawn and tries to put it back into place. Where there is some damage to the lawn they throw down lawn seed to repair it. He ran the controller wire to a convenient spot in the basement. I would recommend you get the WiFi enabled controller Rachio. I can control the system using their App. Just make sure you have a strong enough WiFi signal in the basement. His prices were reasonable for the work and I have had my system for almost a week and it is working great. They know what they are doing. Franklin and his team were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to install a new irrigation system.

Franklin Carias provided and discussed their quote on the phone/by email , and his crew showed up on time to do the work. Before coming out they warned me that there would be an additional charge for repairing/replacing any damaged sprinkler heads they might discover during their visit and clearly specified what that charge would be. They did discover one and replaced it after we inspected and confirmed that we needed the replacement. so we paid for the sprinkler service and replacement of one sprinkler head as agreed advance. So far the sprinkler system is working fine. Overall their prices are similar to what our previous provider was charging us and I like their prompt service and transparent billing practices.

Franklin was terrific: knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. We had a pretty big job...six-zones irrigation system on a 6000-square foot lawn of fresh sod. He took me through the entire process of tuning the sprinklers' aim, setting up the controller and configuring the watering schedule. He's very responsive to my many questions. I will definitely use Franklin's services to winterize the system when the time comes and for any maintenance or upgrades going forward. Highly recommend!

Franklin far exceeded my expectations! He responded the quickest to my request for a quote/service, and came the very next business day. He quickly assessed the issues, discussed the price to repair and got right to work. I am very pleased with the entire service, and I'll be using him for future maintenance instead of the more expensive, less friendly service I'd been getting from an in-town company.

Franklin did a great job. He went above and beyond for not just adding a new zone to our system but also maintaining the existing zones. He thoroughly checked everything and made sure that they are all working good. Overall he did a very good job and I am very happy with his work.
