 + 0 moreI called Energy Monster to request my home energy audit. I spoke with "Jen" and she was very informative. She scheduled my appointment for a few days after my call. I was happy about this because when I had called Mass Save a year ago I never received a call back. On the day of the visit we had the home energy audit "Eric" from Energy Monster arrived on time and the audit took about 1.5 hours. He was polite and also replaced my light bulbs with energy efficient ones and took the time to install them for me (and didn't charge me anything). Eric let me know that they would mail the contract to me within the week. It took about ten days to receive the contract. After I signed and and mailed back the contract to Energy Monster i received a call from Jen to schedule the work. The work was scheduled for the following week. The reason that I am writing this is because I really appreciated the extra effort and communication from the Energy Monster team on this. I received a rebate of $2,000 and was very happy with the whole process.
Description of Work: On the day of the work the crew showed up within the time frame that they had communicated (8-8:30 a.m.). The guys were outstanding! They were professional, courteous and very respectful. They ran into a few surprises (wall blockages) when insulation our walls but they said that is to be expected with these old style antique homes. They finished the job on time and did a great job cleaning up. I can't stress enough how happy we were with the insulation work that they did. The crew was professional and competent. I would recommend Energy Monster to friends and family in the future.
