Description of Work: I left them 2 email messages on Angies list and 2 voice messages and they never took the time to call me back. I will look for another company to re-do my fireplace.

Description of Work: Called this company to figure out why our gas fireplace wasn't working. My husband disliked the $85.00 "reservation fee" for them to set a time and date to come to the house, but gave a credit card number anyway. The technician was polite, prompt and professional. He fixed the problem, and recommended a f/u appt. later in the year for a routine cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe purchased a Quadra-Fire Voyageur Grand wood burning insert in July 2014. The entire experience at Enchanted Fireside, from selecting the insert, to figuring out a trim solution that would work with our over-sized fireplace opening, to the installation, was EXTREMELY good. We shopped around at 3 different Metrowest woodstove stores, and the expertise and pricing at Enchanted Fireside made for an easy decision. I highly recommend these guys -- they know their stuff and everyone at the store is very helpful and pleasant!

I received a very thorough and timely response which helped me solve the problem on my own at no cost. So while I did not end up actually needing to engage their service department, my experience was overall very positive and I will definitely reach out to Enchanted in the future if I'm in the market.
Description of Work: I have been having trouble with my gas fireplace shutting itself off after random intervals and occasionally refusing to turn on. I had done some troubleshooting based on internet searches but hadnt been able to get the fireplace working more reliably.

+ -1 moreOverall, it went very well. They were thorough and the whole installation took a few visits to complete. There was an initial visit to make sure everything was going to install properly, which is was. It was an expensive project, but we are very happy with service.
Description of Work: A pellet stove insert was purchased from Enchanted Fireside. They also coordinate with a third party to install the pellet stove. They replaced our zero clearance fireplace, which provided no heat, with a new QuadraFire pellet stove that we used to heat our house this past winter.
