Exceptional, could not have asked for better workers.

A neighbor who is a builder referred me to this company. The salesman called me back and assessed the job quickly when I called for an estimate. (one of 3) The job was scheduled quickly as well. The crew arrived on time, went right to work, replaced the gutters and cleaned up well. There was a misunderstanding about which gutters needed to be replaced so I called the owner, David Cocaine. He called me promptly the next day and proved to be an incredibly ethical and responsible businessman. He wanted me to be satisfied with the outcome and obviously took pride in his company and reputation. This level of integrity is rare! Because the work was high quality, pricing fair and Mr. Cocaine is so exceptional, I think his company is deserving of the highest recommendation.

The workers, Angel, Maurice and Jamel were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They spent three days at my house and left each day by cleaning everywhere they went. I couldn't be happier with their work or their attention to detai. They had to remove some of the exterior cedar siding to blow in the insulation, you couldn't tell which boards they took off. Really great guys I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

The only redeemable part of this experience was that the salesman came out same day to give us an estimate and he was on time. I let him know this was something I wanted to do ASAP. The process after he left my house was that he would mail me a proposal and that I would need to sign that and then work could be scheduled. 3 weeks went by and I never received the quote. I called and spoke with their receptionist who was surprised I hadn't received anything and she'd have the salesman call me that day. 2pm the next day, I receive a voicemail from him stating "the proposal went out today, just wanted to let you know". No apology for the delay and quite frankly he seemed annoyed that I had called to follow up. I understand things happen and he had mentioned being new to sales, but that doesn't excuse not owning up to a mistake. A simple apology goes a long way and I hope they do some customer service training with this particular employee. It was a waste of my time trying to deal with this company.

Spectacularly. Went above and beyond expectations. Installers (Tito) ad company owner (Dave Cocaine), were terrific communicators. On time (early even, but waited for us to be available). Did what they said they would do, but even better!

Ordered and installed. Job complete.

Extremely PUSHY, UNREASONABLE work agreement & horrendously OVERPRICED. Their sales rep "John" is an interesting character: 1. He never gave me the same story twice 2. His crew didn't show up the first time we scheduled an appointment & claimed he never committed to it 3. He attempted to play me against my general contractor 4. He kept quoting for work I clearly stated I didn't want CI to do. 5. His proposal included line items like "EXTRA LABOR TO DO JOB" without explanation. PLUS they had the nerve to send me a bill for work they DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO. Do yourself a favor & LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Got the quote asap, gave them the job immediately, but they never showed up and don't return phone calls.

I AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT WE HAD A DATE CONFIRMED. I TRIED TO CONFIRM THE DATE; NOON ON THE 10TH, MY CALL WASN'T RETURNED BY LATE MORNING ON THE 11TH, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD ONE OR 2 DAYS LATER AND EVEN THAT THEY WEREN'T SURE. ALTHOUGH THE PEOPLE I WAS SPEAKING TO WERE KIND AND RESPECTFUL, THERE WAS PRETTY MUCH A GLIB ATTITUDE, THEY WOULD GET HERE WHEN THEY GET HERE. IN DESPERATION I CALLED SOMEONE I TRUST AND WHO HAS DONE RELIABLE WORK IN THE PAST AND HAS COME THROUGH FOR ME. I WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CUSTOM AND I WANT TO WARN OTHERS, IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE YOU WANT TO FOLLOW, I AM NOT TOO SURE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO. I DID BUDGET A DAY EXTRA FOR THEM, I JUST DIDN'T EXPECT THIS GLIB, MAYBE MONDAY, OR TUESDAY OR LATER.
