Jim came to our house. He was extremely professional. Explained what he was doing, how it would work and what he was seeing. In addition to being a complete professional and very nice guy. I would recommend them to my friends and family, and will absolutely work with them again.

We moved into a new house last year and it was infested with big carpenter ants, and little ants, and mice. I called a service in town (Andover) for pest control, and it sent these guys from Worcester to my house. They have a plan where you can sign up for unlimited visits per year for only (I believe it was $275). They came the first time the same day I called and poisoned my house. Then they came back a few weeks later and did it again. They showed up again today (1 year later) early in the morning unexpectedly and did the whole exterior. These men are extremely friendly, hardworking, and personable. I felt very secure having them in my home and trusted that nothing would be tampered with. They always come out the same day and once you pay that $275 or whatever it was, they will come out for rats, mice, bees, spiders, raccoons, ants, anything at all.. even if you call 4 times a week, they'll go. Excellent service and VERY VERY CHEAP compared to the prices I know everyone else pays. I will stick with these guys forever if possible.

If you get the biannual plan, they will treat one off occurrences for free. They've always been good about that. Punctual. Friendly technicians.

No sign they were even there afterward, they did not disturb tenants' belongings. Though they have a guarantee, they stated they rarely ever need to come back and that was the case with their service for us

They did part 1 of 2 to button up the house to keep critters out. Performed work in time indicated. Will be back in spring to complete part 2.

They set up humane traps and checked them daily for 5 days until they were assured that there were no squirrels remaining in the attic; then sent a crew to come and seal several openings, screen the attic fan vents, etc. We have had no more squirrels enter the attic in over 12 months; so the work was successful.

They came to our home and set some traps and then never came back. I guess I had thought they would do more monitoring and they would be back. However they didnt come back at all. They weren't very upfront about their communication about the follow up. They said they would be back at some point, but I never saw them back.

They did an incredible job. They were extremely knowledgable. They know what they're doing, they come in, finish the job, they leave. Well worth the money. I will be having them come out this week as well. They will be sealing any holes on the exterior of the home.

It went well, as it always does with them. I have used them for ants, carpenter ants, mice, and now wasps, and every time they do a great job and guarantee their work. I had them call back out when the ants came back and they came and did it again at no charge. When I expressed concern about the chemicals used and small children in the house they provided me with lots of documentation to prove that it was safe. They are terrific to work with and everyone who has come over has been very professional.

They treated the exterior of my house for numerous wasp nests. The technician was professional, friendly, and willing to discuss exactly what he was doing.

The inspector was knowledgeable and helpful. The technician who sealed up the cracks and installed the door was professional and extremely thorough. I wasn't home when someone came to the house to remove the tube and one-way door and won't know for sure if the bats are gone until next summer unless I can still hear them in the attic over the winter or one gets in to the house again. Colonial provides a 7 year guarantee and that says a lot about their level of confidence in their work. The company was easy to work with, everything went smoothly and I recommended them without hesitation.

The results wont be known until June, but they've guaranteed to come back out then and inspect the home, but we were happy with the service thus far. They were very professional, and it was a job well done.

I thought it went very well. The technician explained to me what was going to be done to exclude the bats. Some bats may be hibernating in the soffits so the one way doors will ve left n place until June to insure all bats have left. Guaranteed not to have bats for 7 years.

got an estimate from a local employees and he returned the following week to treat the property, everything went as planned I did sign up for follow up service next year.

Their initial service for the mice was prompt and thorough, inspecting the entire house for mouse activity and entry points. They set traps in the house and garage, and the problem was eliminated. 6 months later, when I began to see carpenter ants, I called them again and they came out and sprayed. Now they spray periodically and the ants have not returned. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

I called them, they answered immediately, gave me the price, then came when they said they would a few days later. My mother didn't even know they were there. Easy.

Colonial was a true pleasure to work with. Their technician arrived right on time and provided me with a complete explanation of the work to be done and why it was needed. They took the time to ensure that I understood what was needed, when it could be done, and how to follow up if needed. The house was fully sealed to prevent future bat entry, and exit point was provided for the bats that had entered the walls of the house, and the exit removed and sealed once all bats were gone. Great and effective service. I would use them again anytime and have recommended them to family members.

It went extremely well! We ended up taking advantage of a package they offer in which they will come to your house twice a year between March and October and treat your home for any crawling and stinging pests (excluding termites). The price is VERY reasonable, $350 for the package ($175 now and $175 in the Spring). They showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to anyone!

The work was done professionally, and has taken care of the two nest infestations. Everything was well explained in the initial phone contact and on the day the work was done.
