Our tech was very professional, explained the details, set expectations, and listed out some additional options. Scheduling was very easy as well and although the listed price seemed to be left over from the previous year, they honored it without question.

Ryan was extremely nice and comfortable to be around. He listened to what was going on and explained the best solution to taking care of the mice problem. He was in the house for about an hour removed the nest and cleaned the area, set the traps and blocked up three points on the outside of the house. Once done he explained what he had done and showed me exactly where the entry points were on the outside. I would highly recommend this company!

Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth. Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of). He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do. I highly recommend Colonial Pest Control.

They are doing a sufficient job. I am not always thrilled with how much it costs and the fact that I have had to come back a few times. I have had a few occurrences with the wasps, but they did good. They schedule and then they usually come back out a week or two later. I have bees again, but I get it, they are busy so it doesn't get done on the first visit. They have to do the follow up treatment. It is not cheap, but they get the job done.

Technician was very professional. There was no disruption to our day. Pests that were treated for have not returned.

The service tech showed up on time and was very professional He made a number of observations but was not pushing unnecessary services. Ants seem to be well controlled. There was some delay in the annual service this year because of the late winter. However, this was not a concern for me. I do think they should check on their answering service, they don't come across well.

I think they're good. I have a contract with them now. They're very professional. I like this provider because I did have another exterminator in the past and they were not as knowledgeable apparently as Colonial is. They're knowledgeable about their industry. I think they're reasonable.

Their write-up on Angie's List says they serve the ENTIRE eastern Mass area. However, when I called, the minute I mentioned I live in Roxbury they refused to come, claiming they "do not operate in the city." Either they need to stop picking and choosing, or be more accurate in their own service area described on Angies List.

So far it’s been fine with them. The treatment seems very effective. Scheduling has been very easy. There was a little confusion over payment as my name didn’t come up in my system about the service being prepaid, but it was not a problem and was fixed.

Excellent! Ryan arrived early and was knowledgeable and friendly. He was well equipped to take care of the job. The treatment was a success. The wasps are dead! If you have a pest problem, give Colonial a call.

I have them come out twice a year. I have contracts with them for my home property and my rentals. They are extremely responsive. We had mice in the house and they came out the very next day. They set traps and were really wonderful. Their pricing is a little bit more reasonable than some areas closer to Boston.

I purchased Colonial's 1 year of pest control for my house. They were great. Their technician, Jason, arrived on time and was super knowledgeable about the products and ensure the safety of our cat. About 30 days later, we saw more mouse activity, so Colonial came out to treat again at no additional charge as a part of the agreement. We haven't seen any mice or ants since. Great company!

They were nice in that they gave us a single family cost for a two family which they usually don't do. We haven't had mouse problems since. They came on time.

Great technicians. They knew the house from previous owners, knew the pest risks and helped with a field mice problem due to the cold by knocking the little things out quickly and without much mess. Really liked their input, and they listened to what we needed and preferred.

A previous company was unable to find the wasps' point of entry. Colonial Pest Co. located it and thoroughly treated the area and basement. Very professional technician. Treatment is guaranteed and so far so good (although we have only gone into the basement once since the treatment 5 days ago, wanting to allow additional time for the chemicals to work).

Everyone was great from start to finish. Initially met Terry who gave quote and set up appointment for bat removal. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the bat issue that we have. Then met Nick who did the work. He was courteous, punctual, and finished the job in a timely manner. He took the time to really explain everything to me. Fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to the spring when my bats will finally move out and be gone for at least 7 years, which is the warranty that came with this service.

He was on time and did an excellent job finding where the ants were coming from, and sprayed the interior and exterior of the house, including a tree outside the house. The work was guaranteed for 6 months. It's July and the carpenter ants are back. Unfortunately, another spray application means I have to be out of the house for another 3 to 4 hours. That may not sound bad to you but for me it means packing up the cats and driving around in 90+ degree weather until we can go back. And taking time off from work that I just cannot take off right now. Unfortunately $300 down the drain since I'm back to the bait I used last year.

I called Colonial to deal with a suspected mouse problem in my house based on noises heard in the attic and walls. They came down and set bait traps and the noises stopped within a week. Even though I just called them for a single visit, they offered me a service plan that would cover this visit plus an unlimited number of future calls for any pest on an extensive list. The cost was $350 and could be paid in two half year installments. Because a typical single visit service call from a vendor can cost at least $100 and because I have also had problems with wasps and ants during the past, this was a great deal. I have already had them back to rebait the traps once and they will be coming to spray for ants this coming week. They provide effective and professional service.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to come out on Monday. They have been doing my termite and bat work. This work will be to spray for ants and put traps down for rodents. They are quick and honest. The price seemed fair and I was treated with respect and like a true customer.

We called on a Tuesday and they were able to get us a time for that Saturday. The serviceman was on time, listened to our areas of concern and advised of how long the treatment would take. It is part 1 of a 2 treatment service - one now and one late summer. $180 each service for a total of $360. It includes a 12 month guarantee for a number of listed pests both inside and outside of the house. We had this treatment last year and after a couple of weeks we noticed a resurgence of bees. We called them and they came back out within a day or two and retreated. There were no issues after the second treatment. I think they are a little on the pricey side but you probably get what you pay for. Recently, I have seen deals on groupon, living social, etc. that are significantly less expensive. I am not sure if they come with a guarantee.

The tech, Bill, showed up on time in a clearly marked business truck. He was professional and very knowledgeable about what was using to treat and the pests he was spraying for. He explained what to expect over the next few weeks/months after the spraying. The service was complete within an hour, inside and outside the home were treated. He answered all my questions. It was very easy to set up the appointment, initially, with Colonial Pest Control. I called on Monday for an appointment and the service was performed on Thursday. They offered a time to accommodate my work schedule, which was later in the day. An amazingly simple and smooth experience with this company. We will continue to use them, without question. We have an annual service contract with this company so any problems they come out and address.
