Description of Work: Mouse problem. Came out exactly when I asked them to. Blocked entry holes. Spread traps and bait. Already seeing good results 1 week in! 6 month service contract included in price. Definitely would use again!!

Description of Work: We had a bat problem in our attic. Colonial Pest Control came in over several visits to address this by plugging the places where they might have come in, setting up some one way exit holes to address any remaining brooding bats and then come back to plug those final holes. Only issue I had with the service was the lack of follow up post the initial visit on when the subsequent visits would be and what would be done. It seemed that I had to call to find out when they would be out next. I was told they didn't call us because the subsequent visits would not require them to be inside our house, but it would have still been nice to have been kept current as to what the next steps would be and when.

Description of Work: They did an inspection of the property for entry ways that squirrels could access, since we had heard noises in the attic, so those entry ways could be eliminated. Also, they inspected for mice, and placed baits where necessary. They also treated the outside perimeters of the house against pests. They were very prompt, efficient, informative and professional.

Description of Work: The service person eliminated the wasps under the roof tiles on my porch roof. |He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and why |He also, put a blockage to the area where the wasps were getting into my bedroom and left a powder inside the space between the floor and the ceiling down below to make sure they would not further access to my bedroom. the procedure was very successful and the service person was excellent .

Description of Work: I find them to be very reliable and thorough. I used them during a construction project to prevent carpenter ants and mice . I used them for hornets nests that lived in bushes so contractors could do work safely. I have also done routine maintenance and referred them to friends and relatives for special problems. They call before they are arriving and send reminder notes . I try to be pesticide free but at times our property requires this and I like this company . They are willing to answer questions over the phone . |

Description of Work: I have a contract with Colonial whereby they are to come as often as needed to address rodent (mouse) issues, and any other pest. My house has been tricky; they've been there a lot and never complained. However, they don't do a great job on the "institutional memory" front: each time someone new arrives, they don't seem to know what had been done before, making the repeated visits less efficient than they could be. Otherwise, good, hard-working vendor.

Description of Work: Colonial Pest Control arrived on time, explained their processes for determining the severity of the bat infestation, removing bats from our attic, and repairing point(s) of entry. We signed the contract and made an appointment for the work to begin. All went extremely well. Bats are gone, and Colonial pledges 7 years warranty. They were thorough, professional, and I'd rehire them without any qualms at all.

Description of Work: This pest control company sprays the exterior and interior of our home for termites and carpenter ants. We do have a contractual agreement with them and with this service they come out about once a month and as needed.

Description of Work: This company acts as our pest control company currently. We pay an annual fee and they come and spray the exterior and interior of our 3,600 square foot home for ants and termites. They also came and resolved a mouse problem we were having this past year.
