I have not seen any ants since, and they did not try to upsell me on termite service I don't need (yet). Other estimates we received tried to sell us everything.

The Technician arrived about 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled, which was fine by me. I explained the problem areas where we were seeing a lot of ants. I showed him around the house. The technician explained in detail what he was going to do and answered all of my questions. We had to leave the house in order for him to treat it. He was finished with his work in about an hour. I returned to pay him and he answered additional questions I had. I was very pleased with the outcome. We have not seen many ants since the treatment. We see one once in a while and he told us that would be the case. I would definately hire them again, in fact, I signed up for the annual contract so I wouldn't have to deal with another ant problem.

If you pay them for a year’s worth of service, they would give you a discount. They would come and fix any issue for free at any time of the year. I have been using them for years.

Technicain came to evaluate, arrived as scheduled. Very professional, investigated what we told him and came back with a comprehensive plan to fix the issues. Walked us thru what needed to be done and why. Work was scheduled, arrived as promised, and then completed the work. there will be a follow up visit but so far evdrything going as promised

The tech was on-time and very personable. While we had no actual carpenter ants in the house that we know of, I did a quick walk through of the inside of the house, and he explained places he would use their Colonial's products. During that time, he also reviewed the safety of the various products he was going to use and ensured our cat would be ok. I also showed him the evidence of infestation outside near our chimney where I had only seen a few "reproductive" winged ants and other ants. We discussed what the charge would be, though I was already informed when I made the appointment so I knew what to expect, and then he started his procedure, which took about an hour to complete. He was very clear when it was safe to go where and what we should expect to see. The tech recommended I remove the ivy from the chimney since the ants where using it as stairs and while I was considering it before, this helped me make up my mind and over the weekend, the ivy was gone. He cautioned that we might see juveniles hatch out two weeks from the date of treatment, but they should also die from the persistent treatement within a week. If we see any ants 1 month after treatment we should call them and re-treat. Our warranty is good through 12/31. I also signed up for their "managed care" service where they come out twice a year, springish and later in the summer i believe and spray. This will prevent other pests from annoying us and infiltrating our house. The tech also made it clear that as part of the coverage for the year, the will take care of wasps, hornets, etc. Since we have had some nests in the past, I will have Colonial's number on speed dial.

They provided guarentees so that if there are any problems they will come without any fees. They honored the Angie's List member discount as well. The particular person who came was very nice, straight forward, professional, and respectful.

It is automatic. They come and do what they are supposed to do. They are great. I have not had any problems with them. They are very patient. I call them up and say whatever problem I have. They come when there is a problem with no extra charge and this is apart from the two visits they have on the contract. They don?t charge me for that. No matter what happens, they are there for me. They are really great.

I was irritated by one employee who refused to remove his outdoor shoes or to at least wear shoe covers when inside my home (if that happens again I'll cancel my contract with them). I'm also annoyed right now that an appointment I had for Monday this week was not kept. Whilst it was raining outdoors and it didn't make sense to spray outside, I needed the inside of my house treated. I've not receive any phone call to reschedule the appointment or to apologise for me waiting for them to arrive on Monday. On the whole, this is an excellent company. The animal exclusion work has been very successful to date.

The service that they provided was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and didn?t try to sell us anything that we didn?t need. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

So far, so good. The service today was great. The gentleman who arrived was very punctual; he showed up 15 minutes early. He was very professional and respectful of my home. The treatment is guaranteed through next March. It wasn't a strong odor, either. I didn't smell anything at all.

I will continue this report when I have the work completed.

Had a mouse problem along w/ carpenter ants. They came & diagnosed the problem, treated the house, and I haven't had a problem since then. They were the third company to come out & service the issue & didn't charge me even half what the other companies charged & they actually fixed the problem. I signed up for a biannual maintenance program & am glad I did. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with them. The service cost me $150. It was right inline with what I expected. I had some wasps that had built their nests under the roof of the bay window. So, they came out and put in a natural pesticide. It was good that they used that. So, they got rid of the wasps for me. Their quality was very good. I will use them again in the future.

They seemed pretty good, but I haven?t used their services yet. They seemed to be knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time and were helpful too. I had a positive experience with them overall. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Things went good. They were very professional and explained everything. You could ask questions and get a straight forward answer.

They worked out really well and they were fantastic. They had to come back a second time and they didn't charge me. They guarantee their work. They were really good. I thought the price was pretty good and they definitely knew their stuff. I have a 2-year old and I was worried about all their stuff. They printed out all this documentation showing EPA and other things. They were very thorough.

I thought they were prompt. They came out and helped us resolve our issues.

Rep came on time and was extremely pleasant. Explained everything he was doing; everything he was using and explained all the services that I would get out of becoming a customer. The treatment worked thus far (there will likely need to be several iterations) but I really have to rave about the service. It was just a very pleasant experience for me - I highly recommend this company.

They came and provided an estimate for both issues. Then he called back and advised we hold off on doing anything about the animal in the vent for a few weeks. This worked and saved us a lot of money. We scheduled the work for the ant extermination and the exterminator was extremely knowledgeable and provided a wealth of useful information to help us prevent issues going forward. He was able to locate the 3 colonies and spray them from outside instead of inside lowering the risk to us and our children. His approach seems to have worked. He performed the work last week and we haven't seen any ants for a few days now. The told us if they do come back, they will spray again at no additional charge.

They baited the house with a brand new product said to be more effective than ever before, and will return on the 30th to check the results. Again at no charge.

Called for an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for less than a week later. The tech (I believe named Jim) was both friendly and professional, and offered advice on preventing future visits from the wasps. After the spray we have only seen the occasional wasp outside, and very few in the house. They guarantee their work for the entire season, so should it become a problem again we'll call them and test it out and report back. Overall completely satisfied at this time and may call them for additional work as we've seen some rodents as well.
