Johnathan respond to my request in a short period of time. He was able to do my deck sooner than expected. I did not get other quotes from other contractors, I felt his price was affordable for the amount of work that was needed to be done. The projected was completed in 2 days and the area was cleaned.

Cleaned gutters - found where blockage was. Completed job promptly and thoroughly.

Jonathan above all else is dedicated to ensuring his customers are satisfied, which to me is most valuable. There were a few wrenches thrown into the project out of either our control and he was transparent, communicative and followed through until it was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. I trust him implicitly as an individual and as a contractor and will confidently recommend him to others. I already have an upcoming project in the works with him and his team and look forward to future endeavors.

My new deck is beautiful, the quality of work is outstanding. Jonathan and his crew were professional, hard working and easy to work with. They came every day even in the extreme hot weather, cleaned up after themselves and built a great deck. I have used other contractors in the past. I am glad I finally gave these guys a shot. They are punctual, they communicate, and they do good work. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely have them back again I now have a new contract to help me take care of my house..

We hired Collazo to do a small job, namely, to install a door in our bedroom wall to allow us to access the bathroom plumbing. Jonathan showed up on time to provide a fee quote. Joe came to install the door. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The door looks fantastic. I would definitely hire them again.

This outfit was new to me. I found the work they did to be outstanding. They promptly came and started working and they were easy to talk to and they were very helpful. They did some extras too. We then had them do other jobs and they did everything extremely well. They fixed outside window sills, repaired and stained deck railings, replaced cedar siding, painted, sanded, and other things. I can't say enough about them as they exceeded my expectations. The two at my house were both named Joe. Very energetic and nice young men.

Jon is professional and reliable installed a vertical blind across a full patio opening. I highly recommend him for any home improvement projectsâ  I will have him do more projects for me

I had a room, and hallway demo'd of all wall and ceiling drywall , level out ceiling, woodwork required, all drywall replaced with new and a few custom requests. some work done in a bathroom.

I can go on and on with great things to say about the owner of â Collazo home improvementsâ Johnny Collazo has been doing work for me fresh out of carpenter school. I took a chance on him and the work has been beyond amazing since. We started small as I was living in an apartment. However we still got creative. I was a bachelor at the time fresh out of college and he brought college home with me. He built me a custom in home pallet bar. It Was the place to be for many years. He had also mounted several tvs for me and completed simple repairs. Now that I am a homeowner the work has tripled and somehow he has always managed to fit me into his schedule and blow us away with the finished result. His flexibility and passion for the work is unmatched. I am forever grateful to have him as a contractor I can call. â No job to big, no job to smallâ Collazo does it all.
