They started the remodel Project and at each phase I gave the money well before the due date as they asked for, which is truly a bad planning.Each time the company was telling me they have budget issues. Suddenly they left the work undone and ran away in the end and never showed up to complete the project. They should change there practice and be loyal to customers

The overall replacement of my gutters and facias went very well and in one day as promised. However there was one short length of gutter that ended up pitched the wrong way so, in a heavy rainfall, water pours over this gutter onto my front steps instead or draining back toward the down spout. I explained the situation to Ray via a text and he agreed to return and pitch the gutter properly. When he returned he simply installed a piece of metal on the roof above the gutter to try to deflect rain water away from the back-pitched gutter and into the properly pitched gutter. I found this short cut very disappointing. Still waiting for a heavy rain to see if this "fix" actually works. Also, the job required a trash pile in my driveway of course but they did not put a tarp down first. The debris was removed promptly but I'm still finding nails and screws in my driveway. Overall a good job but more attention to detail would be necessary for a 5 star/hire again rating.
