Description of Work: They came on time, removed three large thorn bushes that were impeding on the driveway and our front walkway. They also cleaned up the azaleas and rhodedendrons and preserved the buds for flowering in the spring. Their work was fantastic, efficent, I am very happy with them.

Description of Work: Contacted him after finding him on Angie's list. I was put out by his mannerism from the beginning. So it should have been my sign. However I needed work done expediently. He offered to come out and give me an estimate that evening. so i rearranged my schedule to be home. He didnt show. I called him. He apologized and said he would come in the morning. He did show. Told me he didnt like the kind of business he got from these lists and that he was going to be expensive. We needed a full yard clean up, but I wanted the care of a landscaper, and he did advertise for clean ups. He quoted a very high price. But I accepted, to make it worth his while. He promised me 7-10 am this morning. I said several times...you are promising to be here, right! We laughed and shook on it. He clearly understood how important it was to me. I got up at 6, just on case he came early. At 8 I called him. He informed me that he had been trying to come yesterday(???), but I should understand that the weather kept him, and now he could possibly come Saturday...but more probably Monday. I reminded him that we agreed , in his words, "that I have him from 7 to 10 this morning dedicated" for however much he could accomplish with his crew in those 3 hours". His reply was that his real plan (the one he didn't tell me) was to come yesterday, but as I should understand, it rained, and now he had his regulars to do". I told him to cancel me from his schedule, I was thru with his in reliability.
