Better City Landscaping

My yard is transformed. Major Spring cleanup of leaves, scrap firewood, brush and those horrid bamboo were taking over and now they are gone. The before and after is WOW. So professional. I am so pleased, the cost very reasonable and I highly recommend.

These guys were great! They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed as the tree trimming progressed and piled up the branches as I requested and raked the yard. I’m very pleased with the results.

If the job is not completed to your satisfaction as you got quoted for, they will not return, they will not return phone calls. I have been chasing this company for 3 months to come to finish the job with no return call. Or you will get a promise they will be out but that never happens.

The team did a great job on my hemlock hedge. Cleaned up really well afterward. All the members of his team were polite!

These guys are no-fuss, all work, and excellent. They even took the time to stack the cut trunk against our rock wall, so we may have pieces for our FirePro. They worked fast & were so easy to work with!

We had a large felled tree limb due to HIGH winds. It went through our fence and landed on our pool and pool deck. Better City Landscaping came out within one day to assess the work and returned the next day to remove the tree. They were extremely responsive and extremely neat in their removal. I will use them again myself (for other services they offer as well as tree removal) and HIGHLY recommend them to others. Thank you!

Bob, Chris and crew of Better City Landscaping did everything they said they would do and more. They took down 2 trees, dead trees leaning or fallen and wild vines in our woods. They worked with snow on the ground and were very neat and polite. There were approx. 6-8 guys in the crew and they all worked hard for 1 & 1/2 days. We will have them back again as we were very pleased with the job they did. Also, their price was competitive and a very good value.

Like many others, my experience with Better City Landscaping was superior. Bob and Chris took the time to assess the best way to remove a 30 foot tree without collateral damage to the lawn, house and new driveway and gave me an estimate on the spot. With one of his 5-man crew being a professional climber the job went very smoothly and the clean-up was remarkable with not a twig remaining and sawdust blown away. I'd hire them again in an instant.

They did a great job in removing a large dead maple tree. As proposed, in one morning, the job was completed. The site was cleaned, invoice provided.

I contacted them and Bob came out the next day and gave me an estimate to trim 3 trees... the estimate was better than expected, so I booked the service. There was a small scheduling issue as I expected them in the morning and they came in the afternoon. 4 guys showed up and were able to get the job done in a few hours. They cut and stacked the wood that I am able to later use as firewood and I asked them to leave the pile of brush as I can use that for the outdoor fire pit. Chris checked with me throughout the time of service to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it to be done. A few weeks after, I noticed that the brush was pushing on the fence and caused the top to pop out. I contacted them and they came the next day to fix the issue. They also offered to take my bagged leaves off my hands. They are very personable and offer quality work for a great price! Definitely recommend them and I will be hiring them again.

Very professional

They did a great job removing a very large oak tree. This was one of the biggest trees they had taken down and it took a bit longer than they anticipated. They planned out every step of the process with safety being a top priority. They carried the smaller, usable logs to our back yard, took away the large branches and trunk and cleaned up all the debris. We would utilize their services again.

It was a last minute need for me (not a big job at all) but they were able to help me out with very pleasant attitudes. I would definitely hire them again for big and small jobs.

Bob came promptly to evaluate the fallen tree and was able to return in a few days to cut up the tree.

Bob and Chris are true to their word, They came and quoted a price that beat 2 others, came and removed a good size tree, trunk and all branches and the cleanup was Excellent, I would highly recommend this company for tree and Brush removal

Bob gave me an estimate and a date for the work. He was able to get me in earlier due to a cancel which meant my 3 year old brush pile and dead tree limbs got removed before the snow and ice came. Reliable and efficient .
