Description of Work: There was difficulty scheduling the cleaning and it took more than 5 calls to sort it out. The person who did the cleaning did a good job but tried to skip certain cleaning. After requesting directly the person did the job.

Description of Work: House is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, +den home. Great job by Amanda. And yes, she can be a bit difficult to get a hold of and communication is a little difficult as English isn't her first language. Cleaned everything. Made the bed (changed the sheets). Place looks great. And less than what I used to pay in Virginia for a similar clean.

Description of Work: Amanda and I spoke on the phone. We agreed she would come to my home and provide an estimate after seeing the house. We agreed on a date and time but at the end no one showed up. I called and left a message to try to understand what happened but till this day I've not recieved a return call.

Description of Work: Amanda's was one of several cleaning service providers I reached out to after finding them on Angie's list. I left a message on a Tuesday, providing details of what I was looking for, and then again on the Thursday of that same week, when I did not get a call back. I never received a call. I know that it is a very busy time for such services, but I will not that one of the other providers I contacted got back to me within 24 hours to tell me that they were too busy to provide the service I was looking for. I find the fact that I never got a call back to be totally unprofessional, and I will never use Amanda's because of it.

Description of Work: Amanda has been cleaning out house for over a year now and is very good. Her price is very fair, she does a good job cleaning and works with us on schedule when necessary. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Amanda is one of the nicest and most thorough housecleaners we have ever met. She and her team pay attention to even the smallest details. We have been using her to clean our oversized condo for 6 months now and she has done a terrific job every time. She always exceeds our expectations. As others have mentioned, it does take a little while to get in a groove with the schedule, but now we don't even have to check in and we trust she will be there on the day she says. We have her come every other week....well worth it. Amanda is very professional. She recommends products and she does special one off tasks you ask of her. She never complains. Other residents and staff in our building have commented on how professional she and her team look as they enter and exit our complex. She has recently gotten additional business in our building because of our rave reviews to the building manger and front desk staff. We highly recommend hiring Amanda and her team.

Description of Work: Amanda and her assistant did a 'move out' cleaning for us: our ~700 sq. ft apartment and ~600 sq ft finished basement. This included 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, lounge area, and the finished basement, as well as the interior of the windows.

She was very professional and provided me with a her business card, a list of references and her insurance information. She cleans our house once a week.

Description of Work: Amanda's Cleaning helped us clean and prepare a condo we were moving into after another cleaning service did a mediocre job. They completely and systematically cleaned from top to bottom and from one end to the other. They vacuum, wash, scrub and get things very clean.

Description of Work: Amanda was very professional and came over the same day to do an estimate. A few days later, she and her assistant cleaned an empty 700SF apt for $60/hr. She cleaned so well, the appliances looked brand new again. I will use her services again.

Description of Work: Amanda was very quick to return my phone call and flexible in fitting me into her schedule. We had just purchased a home and needed to have it cleaned before we moved in! She did a terrific job! Every shelf, floor and kitchen cabinet was ready for our move in! She cleaned the oven and the refrigerator as well. Trustworthy and efficient!!

Description of Work: I booked twice for Amanda to come and look at my house. Both times she didnt show up and no call. I had to call her. First time her mistake ok, second time no way. Fired before she was hired. No services provided at all.

Description of Work: Amanda and another woman began cleaning my house about a month and half ago. They come every two weeks and clean the whole house including the kitchen (including inside the microwave, the cabinet fronts, the countertops, floors, etc), the entire bathrooms and the floors. They also make the beds and take out the trash.
