Provider arrived on site, as scheduled. Cleaned driveway and then applied sealcoating, filled open cracks on two asphalt construction patches ( gas and water pipe replacements). Two providers were very professional and friendly. Driveway was sealed off for 48 hours. Comment: This same company seal coated this driveway in 2014 and the product lasted five (5) full years. Also, the cost only increased $50.00 in this period. Very satisfied

Requested a quote from them because of the positive rating on Angie's list. Knowing I wanted a driveway and walkway asphalt replacement, "Bob" from this company messaged me through Angie's list that he'd have an "estimator reach out to me." After two days nothing. I called and receptionist said she didn't know which "Bob" messaged me, however, she said they only do crack filling and sealing on residential driveways.

I have a 300 yard driveway. Having it done by a company that specializes in commercial work was a super suggestion made by the people who fixed our patio. The price was very good. The work was done fast. I think they did it in 3 hours or so. They did a careful job: no splatters on the garage door. And they filled in the wide cracks with the same stuff they use on roads. We were afraid we'd get thick bumps like you sometimes see in parking lots where they do this. But they did it absolutely flat. We are really thrilled with US Pavement's service.

Long story short, we definitely had many hiccups with the process. Mark Glater was professional on the phone and we came to a reasonable resolution with an over the phone payment.

Scheduling was completely painless, thanks to Joyce. The crew sealed cracks and applied sealer to the driveway, which now looks great. The service was done at a very reasonable rate. Thanks!

Excellent service provided by U.S. Pavement Services

We had the driveway sealed in the summer of 2014. Over the winter the driveway lost the sealant and the bare pavement showed through. The company sent a gentleman out to evaluate the problem and I was told that it was due to overhanging trees and there was nothing they could do to remedy the problem. The company had done work for us in the past and the trees had never been an issue, but the gentleman said there was nothing he could do. I am thankful that the company was concerned enough with my problem to reconsider the evaluation that the gentleman had made. They found that my complaint was founded and re-evaluated my situation and corrected the problem in a timely manner. A courtesy re-coating was done and I'm grateful for their service.

neorThe actual application went very well. We had this company seal the driveway back in 2006 and it had held up very well. We decided that because the product and application was done well in 2006, we would do the driveway again with the same company. Over this past winter we noticed that in the traffic areas the sealant came off down to the bare pavement. It was more pronounced as one entered the driveway from the street. When I called about the problem, I was told someone would come out to look at it. On Friday 4/24/2015, a gentleman from the company called that he was in front of my home and could I come out to discuss the problem. He proceeded to tell me the peeling was due to trees that line the driveway and there was nothing the company could do to rectify the problem. Since the trees have been here for the 42 years that I have lived here, I thought it rather strange that a tree could affect a driveway sealant when the prior sealant by the same company had held up well for the past nine years. I suggested that possibly it could be the salt from the street, but he disagreed. He said they will not be rectifying the problem. I cannot recommend U.S.Pavement Services, Inc. to anyone who is contemplating sealing their driveway.

The scheduling they could have done a better job on, but the finished work was very nice. They were professional and hard working and did not leave a big mess behind either. Overall, I was impressed with the work.

When I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, I followed up once. When I still did not have an appt, I contracted with another company who could complete the work before a party I'd scheduled. I promptly called to cancel my appointment. The following week, I received a message setting a date. I called and told them that I had previously called to cancel the service because it was no longer needed. I was told that I would be charged $50. Mind you, no work has been performed. There is no out of pocket expense for the company. This is the silliest policy I've ever heard. Because this was a relatively inexpensive project, I let my guard down. That won't happen again. I would totally understand if I had caused the company to lay out cash for time and materials. That would be my fault, and I should pay. I don t believe that is the case. What a poor way to deal with customers. I've dealt with many contractors over the last year. Fortunately, none treated me in this manner.

They were very responsive to my original call, and they gave me an appointment for an estimate right off the bat. The estimator, Gary, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The estimate was very reasonable. I'm sure they would have done a great job!

Did not show up on the appointed day, came two days early arriving at 6:15 AM expecting me to move the vehicles in the driveway; Did not return several calls to the office.
