+ 2 moreUnfortunately Sergio is a crook. He finds many ways to take short cuts on your project. He also is NOT a licensed general contractor and will put your project at risk by not doing the project to code and not pulling permits. My experience with him was obviously negative. He was never on site supervising his crew and the foreman of his crew should not be allowed on a construction site as he has no experience in construction. He damaged many of my materials and did not complete the job even after being paid for it. We will seek legal action but everyone should know that this man is in this field for the money and not to provide quality work. He simply does not know what he is doing.
