+ -1 moreReplaced lawn and landscaped front yard including the addition of a retaining wall. We did not feel that the work was well supervised. After receiving payment, he did not fulfill contracted work and we waited 1 1/2 years for 2 remaining trees to be planted. The threat of a small claim suit prompted action. We would not recommend him to anyone else.

SUNRISE CALLED BACK LEFT A MESSAGE TO INFORM ME THAT THEY SPECIALIZE IN LANDSCAPING AND DO CUTTING OF SMALL TREES AND BUSHES AND THAT MY NEEDS MIGHT EXCEED THEIR EQUIPMENT ABILITIES. I CALLED BACK AND WE AGREED THAT IT WAS SO. I WAS IMPRESS BY THE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTEREST DEMONSTRATED. WOULD CONSIDER SUNRISE FOR FUTURE WORK IF NEEDED.
