I spoke with Bulent Hatipoglu over the phone. He was able to make the appointment quickly. He arrived on time, worked quickly and was very reasonable for all of the work he did.

Excellent work by Bulent. He was arrived at the time he said he would. Listened to my discription, looked at the problem and gave me a full discription and cost of what needed to be replaced. He got the materials and the job was completed in 20 minutes! He cleaned up the work area and you never knew anyone did any work! He does excellent work, highly recommend him!!!!

HE came out in the evening, no problem and didn't charge a lot. He did a good job and even duplicated some keys for me! He had to spend at least 20 minutes trying to open up a very old door that had gotten locked. Because it was so old, he ended up replacing the whole mechanism for us. The door works great now!

Very professional, polite and considerate when entering my home. The only small issue was that he placed some type of oil in one of the older locks and the oil got on my key when I inserted it in the lock. I had to keep reinserting the key and wiping the oil off so it would not stain my clothes. It would be good in the future to let the customer know there would be oil on the key.

It could not have gone better. Look no further for a locksmith. Bulent answered his phone when I called so it was very easy to schedule an appt. He even had the presence of mind to ask what color my current hardware was so he could match it. He called the day of the appt to confirm his arrival time and was prompt on getting here. He introduced himself and handed me his card when he arrived, scoped out the work, told me exactly what he would do and the products he would use and within half an hour the job was done, the used parts and materials were recycled, the work area was cleaned up, and he was on his way. A true professional who takes pride in his work, Bulent even offered to remove his boots before he walked through to the back door. He also made additional adjustments on the hardware to make it easier for my arthritic hands to use the locks and levers, made sure I knew how to use the lever lock, and made sure the keys worked. Fantastic service and a very kind and considerate person.

Bulent was wonderful. He was prompt, responsive, professional, friendly and - most critically - skilled. He came the same day and was on time. And, when we needed a repeat visit to adjust something he could not have known about the first time, he came right back. Next time I need a locksmith, I will call him again!

Locksmith was prompt and professional. Star got my service over others because they replied quickly to my request for a quote and answered my questions about their services. The Locksmith who came out was very helpful and went above and beyond, not only rekeying and replacing one of the locks, but also adjusting the hinges and bolt holes of both doors so the doors lock and unlock much more smoothly than before. Would definitely choose again if I needed more locksmith services.

Bulent was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly, prompt, courteous and went above and beyond just re-keying. I called him on a Monday and he was able to come the next day to change the locks. He called me when he was on his way to my home so I knew when to expect him. He noticed that my storm door was bent because of the wind and fixed that while he was here. One of my locks was not properly aligned which he also fixed, along with re-keying the 4 locks. He gave me 4 sets of keys as well. He honored the 10% off Angie's List discount even though I forgot to mention it when I booked him and did not print it out. Anyone looking for a locksmith-- go with Bulent! This was a simple job but Bulent was prompt, pleasant & knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he'd arrive and made some very good suggestions (which I took). He finished in less than a half an hour. On top of his professionalism, he was very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I needed eight locks rekeyed and one lock popped open at the house we just purchased. I received an email from Bulent the same day I made a purchase through Angie's List, and he came out the first time I was available. He showed my his business card when I answered the door so I knew he was the person I was expecting. He did exactly what we needed, very quickly.

The only thing I regret is not writing this review earlier. They were responsive and professional throughout, not only taking the time to explain options available but anticipating and suggesting what was best for the work for my condo as well as main association locks. From the first request, arriving on site, work done and payment they were efficient, punctual and timely in their work. All the while being pleasant, informative as well as professional. I actually signed onto Angie's to request additional work needed with them when I remembered I had not written this review.

Superb. I called and Bulent came in several hour!. He saw the problem immediately, got to work, finished and had four new keys ready to go. Bulent is intelligent and talented and a very pleasant person to have in our home. I recommend him very highly.
