Description of Work: Had multiple exterior doors rekeyed to the same key. Locksmith also lubricated a couple of sticky locks and adjusted one strike plate to make door operate better. We were3 very happy with the service and the price.

Description of Work: Painted the bathroom, some windowsills, and some "dings". There was a problem-he didn't suggest that I not use a can of paint that smelled funny and i had to deodorize for a month |However I liked him otherwise.

Description of Work: They came and re-keyed my locks. They were polite, respectful, transparent about what they were doing and very tidy. They were proactive about scheduling this for me. They showed up on time and worked quickly. I would work with them again and have already recommended them to my sister and her husband!

Description of Work: The locksmith re-keyed several locks and installed a keypad lock on an old door, which was complicated carpentry. He was prompt, polite, and had a number of helpful suggestions.

Description of Work: Changed lock/key on front door due to lost key. Came extra early in a.m. To accommodate my schedule. Carefully cleaned up area after repair. Cordially provided the number of extra keys I needed. There was a bit of a mix-up about price. A's-List advertised $19 ----without making clear that was just for the house call. Service was additional $45. Still I thought that very fair for the excellent service. (Not sure if date of service is correct, but no matter.)

Description of Work: It was amazing service. We live on a downtown street in the center of Boston, and the key to our front door was stuck in the keyhole on the outside, so that anyone passing by could enter. Not only did the locksmith come right away but by the time we answered the door, he had already solved the problem. He was like a magician - so smart, skillful, and even entertaining! I highly recommend Star Locksmith and will definitely call again when I need help.
