He was on time, professional, had all of his tools in his van, and did all of the work onsite, within an hour, and provided me with multiple keys. I was very impressed with his work ethic, knowledge, ability to get the work done with no hassles, even let me change my mind on the style of the door handle I chose!! Very flexible!!

Bulent came on time, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Was very polite and respectful. He rekeyed 4 doors, total 7 locks. One door was old with a broken mechanism, he fixed it in a minute, work just like new. Bulent took the time to also make sure the doors closed and hinged properly, he took the time to move the plate for a few doors to make sure it was easy to latch and lock. Made 4 keys all work smooth!! I would highly recommend and would absolutely use Star Locksmith again

Bulent was great to work with! I phoned him on a Thurs morning and left a message. He called me back a few hours later. We scheduled an appt for Friday late afternoon. He arrived early and rekeyed the locks at my new house. He was quick and professional. He even suggested moving the newer locks from a defunct shed to the backdoor. Bulent showed up exactly on time and had some very good advice about our locks/keys, which we took. He was able to do all the work within an hour or two then and there (on a very hot day I might add!). Service was excellent.

We called a few locksmiths, and Bulent had the best price by about $15. He provided an estimate over the phone based on our lock type and came out the same day to perform the service. In short, Bulent was friendly, polite, and excellent at his job. The back door actually works better than before, and all keys work properly. Bulent was in and out in less than half an hour. His invoice at the end was exactly the price he quoted. We would definitely recommend his locksmith services to anyone.

I called on Saturday morning at 11:00 am, explained what I needed and he set up an appointment to come around 1:00 pm. Bulent personally came to my house. He took a broken key out of the lock and made eight keys for the front and back doors. He was personable and professional. I would use him again and highly recommend him .

There was no existing deadbolt so Bulent needed to drill the hole and installed the hardware. I thought he did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Bulent was friendly, informative, and competant. He even asked me if I wanted a spare Smartkey tool for the Baldwin deadbolt he installed. Bulent arrived on time, even called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He worked quickly, about 30 min. I think. He seemed like a trustworthy person and respectful of the property. It was my first experience hiring a locksmith but I would definitely contact him again for any future work.

Jammed lock with broken key. Bulent came right away (early Saturday morning) with no emergency fee. He unjammed the lock, pulled out the key, and (at our request) replaced the cylinder, as well as showing us how to fix the problem if it ever came up again. Very good price, great service. Highly recommend!

Bulent was pleasant on the phone when I called to arrange the appointment. On the day of the work he called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did the work professionally and he was very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend him without hesitation.

He is very punctual, courteous, professional, nice guy, he explained everything he was going to do, he explained everything up front, gives you the price upfront and he asks you what you need done and what you don't need sone. If he thinks it don't need to be done he wont do it. We are going to use him very soon.

Loved these guys. I am moving into a new house, using all kinds of contractors through Angie's List. Of the ~30 or so I've reached out to, these guys were the best. The responded quickly, they set up a time at my convenience--no two hour window, the gave me a rough estimate before coming out, they turned up on time, they were clean and presentable, they were polite, they were articulate, they worked quickly, they explained options, they got it done well (even gave me some extra keys), they allowed me pay by credit card. Probably most important of all with a locksmith, I could completely trust them. If only more contractors were like them

Bulent was right on time for both an estimate in June and the rekeying appointment in July. I wanted an estimate because some of the doors mechanisms were older and I wanted to make sure we didn't need to special order anything. Then we closed on the house, and he quickly completed the work. All the keys and locks work great together.

Bulent is excellent. He gave me a 30 min window and arrived on time. His work and price were great. He even offered to create dupllicate keys at no extra charge. Very professsional. I would highly recommend his service.

Mr.Hatipoglu is terriffic. He replaced the lock on the front door. The door is very heavy, side-by-side and original to the 1800s building. It required smart, careful work. He responded very quickly, at the time he said he would, and did a great job.

I liked him from the minute he alked into my door and he offered to take his shoes off before entering. He was very neat, clean, and concerned about not leaving and tracks behind. He came out on a Saturday and gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member. He was very professional and did what he had to do for the work. On the same day, he redid my old locks and gave me a reasonable price. I have other people who have changed my locks several times and I have never had someone as courteous and neat as Vuelent Hatipoglu.

Bulent called as he was ahead of schedule and wanted to know if he could come by early... which was great!! (is anyone ever early these day? ) He was extremely professional and polite whenever he arrived and thoughout the appointment. I explained that I had just moved in, and wanted my locks changed... I didn't really have anything more specific that that. (Nor did I really know the shape of the existing locks) He evaluated the locks... and told me that they were all in good shape and good locks and recommend that I just have them re-keyed.. Which I happily did, since I'm sure this was a much more inexpensive route to go. He also made the suggestion to have one of them keyed as a 'contractor' lock, which I'd never heard of. (Basically that one lock will open with a different key then all the rest, expect that my master will work in all 4 and that would allow me to give it to a contractor/cleaning crew etc and they would only be able to get in if I left the deadbolt unlocked using their key. The backdoor was sticking a bit, so he got out his tools and fixed that for me... which was all over and above re-keying my locks! I appreciated the fact that he didn't just try to sell me replacement locks, because a less honest locksmith surely would have. I was overwhelmed as I had just moved the previous day, I had a comcast installer there while he was there and it was a bit chaotic. I will absolutely use him again in the future and would happily recommend him!
