Very well. Appointment made by phone, worker/ business owner showed up on time, was professional, made as many extra keys as I asked for, and cleaned up all debris when he was done.

It went very well. I contact Bulent yesterday via Angieslist. He replied back in the afternnon and came over this morning. He is courteous & effecient. This is the 2nd time he performed service for us. We will definately call him again if we need the service

Responded quickly to my call and set up an appointment for that afternoon. When finished earlier job much more quickly than expected, called and offered to come sooner. I was amenable and showed up promptly. My job was simple, but was done flawlessly. He also gave me 4 (heavy) Baldwin keys for free. Considering that Baldwin locks require a sturdier key than other locks, I very much appreciated this. Friendliness and overall niceness was a bonus. This is my new "go to" locksmith for non-emergency services.

I couldn't believe how fast (and nice!) he was. I called at noon and my locks were done by 5 pm that same day. Awesome service.

great. Bulent responded to a small job when several other locksmiths on Angie's List did not. He was available immediately, rearranged another commitment to meet my schedule, arrived on time, very skilled, efficient, and tidy. Also resolved another issue with my locks, and on the way out, fixed the broken handle on my storm door. All in less than an hour and for only $15 more than his original estimate for the basic lock installation. Highly recommended.

Bulent is pleasant and professional. He arrived early (after calling to confirm this was okay) and got right to work after I explained what needed to be done. Granted it wasn't a big job, but he did it quickly and effectively, even offering to make me extra keys at no charge. I may need a locksmith again after having a couple of doors repaired/replaced, and would not hesitate to call Bulent once more.

Star is great. I had been overcharged by an emergency locksmith who had removed the original bolt. Star told me what a fair price would have been and charged me less than half of the amount the other locksmith had quoted for the replacement. I will never use anyone else again.

Star was great. The best thing about the locksmith who came was his honesty. He explained that a different emergency locksmith i had used to remove the previous lock had overcharged significantly. He replaced the lock for under $300, when i had been told the cost would be over $500 by the other locksmith. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I will never use anyone else!

Star Locksmith is amazing! Bulent installed several key-code locks in our building over the past 2 years (we've hired him several times at this point, and every time he's right on time, incredibly professional and totally expert! He even goes above and beyond and leave the area spotless.

Perfect. He was early and even was kind telling me to take my time when he had to wait for me to arrive home from an errand. He worked quickly and was done in about 15 mins and everything worked perfectly the first time. He also alerted me to a security issue with the way my lock was installed which he fixed without charging extra. This was my first experience with a locksmith. I definitely would call again and will recommend to anyone looking for a locksmith. I bought a coupon offer on Angies list. I felt the cost was very reasonable.

Unbelievably well. He showed up promptly with the locks we had requested. Then pointed out we could achieve the result we wanted for less money. He did the work promptly and at a great price.

It went great. I called on a Sunday and was surprised someone actually answered. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have it fixed but he said he could be at my house within the hour. He was at the house 30 minutes later, identified the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Easy peasy! I will definitely call him again if I need a locksmith.
