Bulent is professional and good at what he does. He was right on time on the first visit, but late for the next two visits. He was stuck in traffic and did inform me. He is a reliable locksmith and I will definitely utilize his services again.

This experience was great! I needed locks changed very quickly. The first time, he arrived within 45 minutes of my call and performed the urgent work immediately. We arranged a second visit for less urgent work, and that was completed a day early. Very pleasant to work with, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

And even though I had other workers at the house preparing for my move-in the next day, he was able to do his thing without interfering with anything else. He was super fast, very nice and professional and even provided me more keys than I requested. Working with Bulent was one of the easiest parts about moving!

Very informative and helpful on the phone. He showed up on time with a phone call 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way. Very professional, looked at the job and quickly wrote down an estimate that we agreed on and went to work. We had a new deadbolt installed and 5 locked rekeyed. Every lock is now super smooth! Overall he was very quick, clean, professional, and on time. He even spent some time with me to show me how he made the keys and locks.

This is my first experience with an Angie's List provider and I am thrilled. Bulent of Star Locksmith was fantastic. He was professional and responsivle from the moment I contacted him about needing locks changed. Bulent's workmanship was excellent. I asked if a lock on a barn-type door was neeeded and instead of "running up the bill" Bulent recommended not doing it as it was not necessary. He then took the time to show me how to open, close and lock the door properly. While installing a new security lock, Bulent noticed that my front screen-door was slamming and he took a few minutes adjusting the door so it would not slam. Very good experience. Bulent called when he was 15 minutes away to give us a heads up, arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. He worked efficiently and clearly knew what he was doing. The work was good quality--he even tightened a kitchen doorknob that he happened to notice was loose on his way between the exterior doors he was working on, which I thought was a nice touch. Payment was easy, since he has the ability to accept credit cards on-site. Would definitely hire him again.

I had a padlock on my shed that got stuck and wouldn't open. I called Star Locksmith and spoke with Bulent. He told me he could come in a couple days, but that he might be able to squeeze me in a day early and would call if that was the case. He ended up being able to come a day early and it was great to get that problem squared away. Bulent was very pleasant to deal with. The work didn't take him long and he was able to get the lock off successfully. I paid him and told him I was glad I found him on Angie's List. I had no idea that Angie's List members got 10% off, and Bulent not only informed me of this, but downright insisted that I take that 10% back! All I can say is, wow. I would not hesitate to recommend Bulent in the future or to use him again myself. A++

He arrived within the time frame provided - called about 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. He re-keyed 3 locks and made key copies, and also fixed a deadbolt that was sticking with no extra charge. Very professional and courteous. Quick service.

Bulent was responsive via email, and came on time as expected. He encountered several problems with our old locks in the process of re-keying them and fixed them. Then I asked him to fix our upstairs knobs, since they fell out of the door handle. He came the next day. Courteous, responsive, and capable. Would recommend him and use him again.

Bulent was willing to come on a Saturday for no extra cost and arrived on time. When he realized he did not have the correct digital keypad deadbolt lock we wanted, he went and picked up the exact lock, in the same aged bronze to match our exiting door knobs, and expertly installed it. He is a perfectionist and takes care to make sure all his measurements and fittings are precise. He had to drill two holes, and he cleaned up after himself, leaving no trace of the work he had performed. He honored the Angie's List coupon and his price -- despite having to run out and pick up another lock -- was exactly what he had quoted over the phone. I highly recommend this locksmith and would use him again any time.

The locksmith was running a few minutes late but called ahead to let us know exactly when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he provided a quote and began working right away. He finished quickly and cleaned up all work areas. He was courteous and professional. Accepted credit card payment and swiped card using wireless electronic device rather than writing down numbers. Bulent was wonderful! He was able to come the day after I phoned him and was very accommodating to my schedule. He gave me an estimate on the phone and told me what types of locks he would use. He was friendly, on time, fast, clean and extremely honest. I mentioned after I paid him that I had found him on Angie's List. Juan, the locksmith, called to say that he would be an hour late. He came and did the job. He was very courteous and professional. He said that because he was late he would reduce the price of the job which he did and even tightened our front door knob which is 90 yrs old. I have some deadbolts that need to be replace and would definitely use this company again.

The locksmith called ahead to let us know when he was coming. He was very punctual and did all the work requested quickly and efficiently. He even tried to fix my intercom system and helped me to identify the problem so I knew what to do next. I would definitely hire him again if I needed a locksmith.

I called on Thursday the week before to setup an appointment and I was surprised he was able to come out nearly right away. I was going to be busy through the weekend, so I made an appointment for Monday. Bulent was right on time, told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost and gave me six duplicate keys "for free". He was extremely polite and had the work all done in less than 30 minutes. I wish it was this easy with all contractors.
